When we asked her to update it, she said "oh I'm not good at that stuff" which is literally her job! She phoned in her duties as our real estate agent. She didn't follow up with the title company or the buyers agent to request a earlier closing date, even after we asked 3 times. She didn't follow through on any of the details we asked her too, and her lack of follow through caused us to close well past when we asked for it. She acted like we were putting her out when we needed things from her. We are out of state sellers. Overall a terrible experience working with her and Assurance Realty!

She impressed us from the beginning! Angel gave a very professional plan about how she would market our home. She kept in touch with us about any prospective buyer and even checked on our house when we were out of town. We found a buyer after only about 3 weeks on the market, and she kept us abreast with every step that needed to be done. We sold our home for the amount that we expected to. She has been fantastic in every way, and is very friendly and personable! We could not have been happier with any other realtor!
