I tried contacting several plumbing companies to no avail, until I called Midtown Tulsa Handyman and Plumbing, and Ted answered. He was professional, polite, and willing to make a Saturday call. Within 2 hours, he arrived and fixed the clogged toilet. Additionally, he made sure the pipes had no obstructions that would cause future clogging. No drama. No attempted upsell. Professional! Additionally, his communication was great. He texted to let me know his ETA and then again when he was on his way. Impressive!
