This Company does not take responsibility for mistakes they make. They did the closing on my house in April, 1998, but never filed the Title at the Court House. So, now, 28 yrs later, the buyer is trying to get this situation straightened out. All because "someone" at Adams Abstract dropped the ball and did not do their job. And, when the true owner called them they wouldn't even say "We are sorry". Shame, shame, shame. read more
