A bug infestation was reported by the previous tennant, I know because he was my neighbor, and he showed me the communication and response from Real Property Management. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY and get legal advice before renting in Arkansas. There are no legal rights and this company knows it. They do NOT do what is righ, according to their webpage. Management is two sided and will treat you like trash! RUN, do not walk from this company. I had to break my lease becuase they would not fix the problem with the spiders. I paid 3 months rent I did not use to get out of this spider infested home.

Had them survey 20 acres that they surveyed previously. The corners were all off which made all the…read morelines off. Charged me for a full day to basically check the survey they already made. The crew sat on their truck's tailgate and smoked cigarettes for most of the day. After they left, I picked up over 20 butts in one spot . I asked the owner after I got the huge bill why there was so much differences between two surveys they drafted; he could not find an answer. I refused to pay for a piece of paper that added more uncertainty about the boundary of my property. They put a lien on my property.
