Extremely rude, one of their staff literally slammed the sliding window on me and yelled out as she did because she was having a generally bad day and decided to be rude right off the bat which I wasn't going to take. They are as bad as they come, the receptionist was very nice and remained professional, kudos to her for that. read more

First, they don't answer the phones. No matter what time, Then they now hold their monthly meetings way down south, in their offices, far away from the condominium complex. Then they decide to cut age-old trees down and have not replaced a single tree in decades (hurricane felled trees not replaced either). Then they unanimously decide what improvements have to be done giving no importance to whom they contract based on estimates they claim to have received...? Case in point: they unanimously decided all our wood partitions need replacement. Ok, so far so good, especially the rotting ones. Trouble is they decided to replace them with six foot tall dark brown aluminum fencing (so popular now) claiming privacy. All partitions in the complex are not six foot tall. Some are 4, some are 5. And 6 foot high, dark brown aluminum 'fences' outside our french door windows in the hot South Miami area are going to raise global warming exponentially! and fry our plants. Were we consulted? No. i give a heartfelt 5 thumbs down to this "service to self" conglomerate of beings (yeah, we requested statements too, and have not been honored). Keep out! read more

There is some roof work being done in my building, a notice was left on my door that we need to pick up a special pass because the cars needed to be parked elsewhere as there can be potential damage because of the work being done. This notice was left on my door LATE Saturday July 29th. I didn't come back in town til Monday the 31st and have called Ivonne repeatedly with no answer and left 1 voice message (during working hours). I then decided to email her on Monday and didn't receive a reply til' Wednesday. The contractors are getting closer and closer to where our vehicle is parked and it is taking Ivonne 48 hours to send a 1 minute email reply. Since it is impossible to reach her, I take time out of running my two business to drive over to this place that is called a "property management" business (so poorly & horribly run and need to bring this to your attention because it is so sad that my property is ran by people who don't care about the business they work in.) There is a secretary in the front who just tells me "she'll call you after 5pm." Again no certainty if she will or wont and what time because my life doesn't revolve around the mystery call from Ivonne after 5pm. Ivonne ends us calling me at 8PM AT NIGHT. I was out to a dinner and when I heard the voice message I was literally shocked that she got back to me this late! I call the number back, left a voice message and nothing (no surprise). I then try calling this morning and the secretary keeps sending me to Ivonnes voice message and hung up on me because I asked her to physically see if Ivonnes in her desk (she clearly didn't like to go over and beyond in her work, walking 10 steps was SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE) This has gotten so our of hand and so mind boggled that Ivonne is still employed at this facility if she clearly doesn't care to get her work done and keep her customers happy and I cant even begin to imagine how many people she does this too. I wrote this information to the president and am in very high hopes that he will get back to me because if my vehicle gets the smallest of scratches caused by this roof work so help me GOD I will sue them back into the stone age. read more

I have been trying to get the Bent tree Parcel 6, Miami FL property manager to schedule covered repairs to the outside of my apartment. Although she spoke to me on Jan, 6th and told me she would schedule the repairs it has been a month and a half with nothing done and she is now not responding to my emails, texts, calls. Her voicemail is always full and when I call the general office line, I get a voicemail as well. Message left on the general line also no response. Worst customer service delivery ever. This company will send notices of collections and late fees despite the fact that you actually made a payment. The accounting clerk is extremely rude, demanding and does not listen to the steps taken to make payments. I really wish my home was not associated with this company. read more

I have owned a unit in a condo managed by This joke of a property management company for over seven long years! They do not follow up, don't answer calls/emails and definitely are not courteous. We have an on-site manager who leaves early every day. Office closes at 4 supposedly but, he's never there after 330. If you work and need to get a parking decal forget it. By the way there's no communication with community. Things that would make sense to tell people about like construction, water shut offs aren't even posted. If you complain they post something after to cover themselves. It's insane. Not sure how they are still in business. They even forget(?) to send out meeting notices required by law. No one cares about what the law or administrative rule says which by the way it to protect unit owners. They tell the board getting a notice of violation from DPBR is no big deal. Crazy! If you can avoid, avoid this company by all means necessary. Look at other reviews it's not just me. Stay away and don't expect them to return an email, phone call or answer questions. All they can do is make excuses.. and blame things like county government offices etc etc. read more

These people are TURDS. This is the single most horribly managed business I have ever seen. I live in an apartment managed by them and they are rude and inconsiderate. They come twice a month to do car decals and gym passes etc. I waited in line for an hour to get my decal for the lady giving them to have a tantrum because people were not bringing what she needed (another 50 dollar money order that was never stated that they needed on any flyer they posted) and she proceeded to kick everyone that was in line out of the office because she simply did not feel like giving them out anymore. This is On top of this the absolute riot that was going on in the association meeting about the lack of parking. I'm talking about all out screaming. This place is a shit show. This has probably been the worst property management I have had to deal with up to date. They lack customer service 100%. They have made the purchase of my condo so difficult. An employee by the name of Alina was rude and unprofessional. I had called and requested a simple document for my closing and she basically told me that I had to wait until all the clients in the office were attended knowing that I had made the request prior. This is my first hand experience of the company that represents my condo association. This is pitiful and I wish I would have backed off in purchasing a condo from here. read more

The staff would do a service to themselves to read their own companys title. Courtesy is hard to find, as is general intelligence. I think this has to be the worst property management company in existence!!! Aside from the fact that the property is deteriorating and in awful shape the customer service from the management office down to the security is downright awful. Ivone Marin, the so-called "property secretary" does not answer calls, return messages or respond to emails which is the fastest way to get a response from her. I have now been waiting over 3 weeks for a response to my emails. The property has no visitor parking and the very few available are taken by tenants with parking decals, therefore visitors must park in "tow-away zones" and if left past midnight will be towed. I was promised 2 parking spaces upon leasing & no one can account for my second spot now? If you have an overnight guest, the security has an attitude because apparently stamping a temporary pass is an extremely tedious task. To top the parking situation off, tenants have a max of 3 overnight passes each month. The clubhouse is outdated, the pool is disgusting and the pool chairs are a hazard. They are all broken & torn to pieces. The flooding in the Royal Palm Place Community is outrageous, the roofs are finally being replaced but the walls and sidewalks are covered in mold and mildew, not to mention cracking and falling apart. It's a real shame that a community with so much potential in this area could be in this state and that the management company clearly has no interest in resolving or even listening to the tenant concerns. If I knew all I knew prior to moving here I would have NEVER moved into this community even if my rent was cut in half. read more

All I can say is that my community was administered by Courtesy Property Management for more than 12 years, the community was kept in main condition and we was a reserve of more than two hundred thousands dolars, some "elements" start to running comments like somebody wrote in this page and replacing CPM for another company, today the community look as a junk area and we have a negative balance of more than one hundred thousands dollars, the new Management do not respond for the deficiences and nobody do, I whish to be with COURTESY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!! read more
