She then said the situation was "different" because I paid through PayPal. When I asked how I could return the items, she said she needed to see the physical card--then changed her explanation and asked to see my PayPal account. After I showed her the online receipt showing the pictures of what I bought, plus my PayPal account as she requested, she changed her narrative again, saying that each item had to be returned separately. This tells me that either she had no clue what she was doing or the company policy is that deceiving. As I mentioned, this is not the first time I've had trouble returning a PayPal purchase here. We spent over 30 minutes trying to return 3 blouses, ( we were finally able to return them)--all while standing in a store with the A/C turned off in the middle of a hot Miami summer. I recently bought a suit at this MW location. The salesperson was very helpful and patient while I…read morelooked for suit that fit me correctly for a wedding that I am attending. I was able to buy the suit, the shirt, tie , handkerchief and shoes. The salesperson was top notch. However my only caveat is the following. I know that the MW is a chain franchise and I have bought suits there in the past. When I went to pick up my suit a week later, I was being charged 3$ for a plastic / vinyl garment bag that suits came in when I purchased in the past. Three dollars is not going to break me, but after spending over 1000$ on a suit and accessories, you would think that it was included. This is called nickel and diming a person where I was raised. This takes away from the experience. I hope that the MW changes its policy because it will change the way I look at the franchise. BTW the salesperson that gave me the suit was not the same person who helped me the week before.
