They have to behave like professionals, answer and return calls, know what they're doing, be patient with the consumer and their concerns, as well as have top notch, post installation consumer care. Also, can't fail to mention clean up after themselves, that's a special concern when you have dogs running the property, you don't need a nail in their paw... We have a ranch home, along with an attached three and a half car garage, so plenty of roof... tear off, replacement, clean up..all completed, in 20 hours! 12 hours the first day and 8 the next! I recently began working for IDF Clean-Up and have discovered this company to not have paid a single invoice for any of the work IDF was hired to do well into the thousands. Highly unprofessional.
