We have been bringing trailers to County RV since we got our first one in 2005, we've had various kinds of work done and while our trailers were under warranty County RV was great working directly with the manufacturers so there were no out of pocket costs for us. We just brought our 5 year old trailer in for some maintenance and to fix our running lights that were not working. We had them re-pack the wheel bearings and they found a very troubling manufacturer defect: bad welds on our frame, one side of the frame was completely cracked and the other side was following suit. Chances are on our next big trip it would have broken loose and landed on the axle causing lord-only-knows how much damage and stranding us in the middle of nowhere. County RV re-welded the frame, packed the wheel bearings, did a brake check and found the short in our running lights (caused by me nicking a wire with a screw...oops) and re-ran a wire to the shorted light, all for just over $700. I'm very appreciative they took the time to look our trailer over so thoroughly, I feel like we really dodged a bullet! We'd also asked them to inspect the roof and reseal it if necessary but they said our roof was still good, honestly they could have fleeced us for that and done the work anyway and charged us for it and we wouldn't have known the difference, but that's not how they roll. It's so nice to have a trustworthy business to take our trailer to when it needs something, makes the whole process way less stressful. Thanks County RV, see ya next time! read more
