I was given the choice of three estimates which were way out of my price range and told the guy would need to call somebody else to get another estimate. The estimates were anywhere from the cheapest of $1500. Approx to over $3000. I was totally shocked as my unit is not that old and was told that the motherboard was not sending signals to the compressor to turn on and if they replace the motherboard, it still may not send the signal and then I would have to replace my compressor also. I called another company that was also recommended to me and a technician within 10 minutes found the problem to be a $240 capacitor, which was changed in less than a half an hour and I had air again!! I can't imagine a company trying to rip off somebody buy so much money and completely miss diagnosing, a simple problem and trying and turning it into a huge disaster! I would never recommend this company. They are completely dishonest or maybe it was just the person they sent here.

Payment was half upfront, half after the job was done. Easy to complete in person for the first part and online for the second part. This is the second time we've hired this company, and both times the service was excellent! First…read moretime was over a year ago, and the technician quickly diagnosed the problem (dirty coils were causing our a/c to freeze up). The dirt was accumulating because we couldn't put in a filter beneath the unit since our landlord's DIY installation put pipes blocking access, so they had to schedule a second visit to both clean the coils and re-route the pipes so we could now put a/c filters in the right place. This visit was a much simpler problem, the a/c was leaking because of a clog, and the technicians, Aramis and Abe, were easily able to identify and fix the problem. Again, they went above and beyond and after clearing the clog, they installed a removable pipe so we could clean out the pipes with hot water periodically, thus preventing this problem in the future. That's what I appreciate most about the employees this company hires and sends out: they are honest, knowledgeable, and solve the problem you're currently having quickly, PLUS they do the work needed to prevent that same problem from happening in the future. All for a reasonable price in a timely fashion, with great communication and friendly customer service. We need more companies like these in the world!
