At one point, I asked Brad about a car he had just purchased. He said he needed to check it out first because he needed to identify what was wrong with it. I called back and eventually he said there was something wrong with the car that he couldn't identify therefore he wouldn't sell it to me. We then found something better! We've been back for service and I totally trust that if something needs fixing, they will fix only that thing and charge me fairly. Brad just showed me an issue the BMW dealer suggested I get fixed and explained the concern. I drive 120+ miles round trip in my daily commute. This type of peace of mind is priceless. I recommend New England Auto Sales without reservation.

The Prime boys and their staff are nothing but professional, helpful, caring and proficient. My wife is a nurse at Danbury Hospital and relies on her vehicle to get her to work everyday. Whenever she has a concern, she'll call Danny and he fits her service in ASAP (or, STAT if you prefer) and checks the vehicle thoroughly. She's never missed a day because of Danny's management and Todd's expertise. I've bought more than one vehicle from Prime Sales and as long as they have something in stock when I'm looking this is where I'll go. They are not greedy. They care about their customers and treat us all fairly. Hey, I was just disappointed that at the beginning of the lockdown, I needed a truck and they didn't have one. So, I was forced to find one elsewhere. Unfortunately, I payed retail plus, plus...got a bad deal and worse financing (so please don't use Blasius North in Torrington). I learned my lesson. If I could give Dan's 100 stars I would. Here's why:…read more I had been trying to sell my 2012 Honda Accord for over a year. I was in an upside-down loan for a long time after realizing I got myself into a mess when buying that car. I went from dealer to dealer... even tried private sale a thousand times. Dead end every time. I finally was able to put a pretty good payment down and clear most of the debt, but it was still a little above trade in value. I was on the search for a cheaper car to build my credit and was specifically looking for a manual Honda Civic. Dan had just the car I desired. I contacted him and told him my situation and how desperarate I was to downsize. He explained he doesn't normally get into that sort of exchange considering the car was still being financed, but he took a chance on me. It took weeks for me to figure out my finances and he was patient and let me hold the car with a small deposit. Meanwhile, before I even paid for the Civic, he heard all of my concerns regarding the cars service needs and went above and beyond to make sure that the car was ready to go. This is what stood out to me the most about his character. He took it upon himself to find more and more to put into it to make sure that it beat my expectations. And he sure did. There was no pressure to buy his vehicle-in fact he even tried to make sure I thought I was making the right decision. On top of that, he paid off my Accord despite the odds stacked against me. His son assisted with the test drive, as I'm new to standard cars. Nothing but patient, kind, and honest people. You can tell they are a good family. Thank you Dan and everyone who made this experience painless. It has been the first good thing to happen in a long time for me and I am ever so grateful. I will not hesitate to bring my civic to Dan's (an hour away) for any maintenance it might need! They deserve to be recognized. Don't go anywhere else!

I am new to the area I went to another shop for basic maintenance and was given a long list of urgent repairs that were needed Luckily, I had gone to PN Auto Body & Repair for Emissions. I was very impressed with the owner and his willingness to answer questions. So I took my car to PN for a 2nd opinion. He showed me the problems, answered all my questions, and gave me a very short reasonable list. I asked him to interact with another area provider to purchase tires. He took care of everything. His partner dropped me off and picked me up up. PN has won awards since 2015 and it's very clear why. I am a customer for life and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend PN to all single women out there who cringe when it's time for car maintenance.
