There is no after hours pick up, with everything being done through the app. When you leave work early to make it on time, you're stuck waiting a long time, so be prepared to sit and wait. Also, they called me ahead of time to make sure I owned and planned on using a credit card. Like, really, why are you calling me about how I plan to pay before I even get there, where we have to talk about payments because God forbid we follow suite with other rental companies and do everything though the app. Budget or Avis is the way to go, everything through the app and I haven't need to physical talk to someone in many years.
