I called the company to see what's going, and I was told they would call the electrician, then call me back. Over 30 min later, no call, and it's 5 minutes prior to close. I called again and finally the electrician called me back and gave me a 100 excuses and rescheduled the appointment to today. Well, here we are, over an hour past the appointment time, and he didn't show up, no calls, no messages, nothing. I would be wary doing business with a company that has this kind of an issue TWICE in a row.

I have used them for a couple jobs, but the best story about them is this one: Five years ago I had them install an EV charger in my garage, which is separated from the house. I dug the ditch myself to save some money, and they came and installed the conduit, the plug, and the charger itself. Recently I was looking into upgrading the charger for a new EV, and discovered that while I had paid to have them install a 50-amp circuit for the charger, they'd only installed a 30-amp circuit. And this wouldn't work for my new charger. So I called them and the following week they were at my house, digging a new ditch (they had to install larger conduit), and not only installing a new circuit, but adding a subpanel in the garage to handle the EV charger and garage lights/plugs. All under the 5-year-old contract without an additional charge! Everything is working great, and I have nothing but good things to say about their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment.

Based on that good experience, I hired him again to do the electrical for moving a washer and dryer to the garage. His quote was less than another company's quote. He is easy to work with, you deal with him directly, and he's responsive and honest. He did the work professionally and cleanly. It is quality work. Even the drywall was cut very precisely. Not only that, he also noticed some things that had been done poorly by a previous electrician, and he fixed them without charging extra. He coordinated with PSE to shut off the power and with the City to perform an inspection. The equipment installed was top notch and the handiwork was meticulous. Due to the condition of the existing wiring there were several problems encountered. Reuben and his son worked through the issues and successfully completed the installation. The initial estimate didn't factor in all of the additional work and materials required. But the final reckoning was very reasonable. My house is much safer now and better equipped for future upgrades. Reuben is great at his craft and is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this company.

He wanted to make it up to me but ended up deciding that he didn't want my business and would pass on the opportunity to offer me a bid. It seemed to me that since I was already getting other bids for my project, he couldn't bother with just giving an estimate.
