They pit the wrong drop off address, called to change it and his wife was gone. So he proceeded to tell me to call corporate. After I refused because they did the reservation and drop off location, he decided to raise his voice. I asked him to lower his voice please and he continued to scream at me in the phone saying I yelled at him first. Which I didn't, and is extremely childish. It's no surprise his wife only picks up the phone and not him. They weren't willing help me fix the drop off location after they messed it up. He just screamed at me and told me to call corporate for their mess up. Even after calling Crump,, TN and having a very nice lady give me information to give to them so they could make the corrections. I called corporate to have them help me alright. I also gave them plenty of information on this business and one of the faces behind it they have representing uhaul. This is the last place I would send anyone. Unless you like getting screamed at for other people's mistakes.
