I called the shop this afternoon looking for a part for a used bike I bought this morning. He confirmed the price. I told him I'd be there after lunch. About an hour and a half later I drove the 35 miles and walked in with the stripped crank arm in my hand. He had the new one at the desk. Unfortunately I forgot my wallet, but he was able to take a credit card over the phone from my wife. He even put the old pedal on the new crank arm for me. Great service. Very friendly.

Luckily, we didn't need to use their repair or rental service (although there was a rental mountain bike with red dirt on it winking at me & asking to go for a mountain bike ride). As we were there getting set up, he had customers, young and old, from the community come in for service, bikes and apparel, and some for general bike advice.
