Recently however, on two separate occasions, I've attempted to call for a ride and got sent to voicemail. My third and final attempt (the one that prompted me to write this review) I called, got a hold of someone and was told it would be about 15 minutes. I ended up waiting nearly an hour and attempted to reach the driver three times with no success. I ended up calling an Uber and paying 3x the amount a cab cost because at this point I was very limited on time. It's unfortunate, for a minute there it seemed like Hagerstown finally received a reliable cab service but clearly not.

Anthony is professional, very easy to get along with, and just an overall quality person. He is easy to chat with, but doesn't force conversation on you, (unlike a lot of other drivers). His car is spotless and drives like you're not moving at all. (Although that's probably due to Anthony's driving haha.) It is notably one of the best cars I've been in, and comparatively top tier in car services. He offered me a drink, had a few snacks available, and even offered a movie for me to watch on an iPad. I had a same day round trip to/from Raegan. He was ahead of schedule on my 3am pickup, and waiting right at my gate as soon as I stepped out of arrival. I've used car services for years, and this was by far the best. If you need a ride, look no further.
