I get told sans politeness that the driver showed up and sounded the horn. I'm in my living room near the front door, I never heard a car horn. I call back and ask again, no one shows up. I then call again and the bloke on the phone says I have no time for this and hangs up. I will never use this company again and when I get a chance to, I'm going up to their office to piss in the owners ear. Stay well away from this company. As a postnote, this is why Uber will kill off local cab companies.

Today is the last time I used them because they told me to pay up for for a round trip. The drive never show up. It was very easy to coordinate with him in advance. He allowed prepayment which was routinely a godsend! His rates are very reasonable too--about on par with uber. Before I discovered his business, I tried several taxi companies, and they were really evasive and disinterested. Leonard was like a ray of sunshine amidst all that fog of disheartenment.
