When I ordered the sub tray Monday over the phone, I told the clerk that I didn't want turkey in the selection because they never get eaten. He recommended I use roasted chicken so I did. I also wanted an large roast beef as well. I went to the store Wednesday to pick up my order and it turned into a fiasco. Evidently, the clerk asked for clarification on the order. At that point all hell broke loose and the delu manager started yelling at me for how my order went down. The tray wasn't ready and I asked the manager why she didn't just call me and ask me for clarification. She said they were too busy. I tried several times to explain my order again but she wouldn't listen to me. She came out from behind the counter and started yelling at me again until I told her to take it down a notch and lower he voice. I had a Board member with me too and she was mortified as well. I spent over $100.00 and I've ordered your sub trays before. I have never been treated this way before at ANY deli in the past. My lunch was late and I felt bad for the group of workers that were waiting. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Dell's in the future because of her. Becky B.
