When I ordered the sub tray Monday over the phone, I told the clerk that I didn't want turkey in the selection because they never get eaten. He recommended I use roasted chicken so I did. I also wanted an large roast beef as well. I went to the store Wednesday to pick up my order and it turned into a fiasco. Evidently, the clerk asked for clarification on the order. At that point all hell broke loose and the delu manager started yelling at me for how my order went down. The tray wasn't ready and I asked the manager why she didn't just call me and ask me for clarification. She said they were too busy. I tried several times to explain my order again but she wouldn't listen to me. She came out from behind the counter and started yelling at me again until I told her to take it down a notch and lower he voice. I had a Board member with me too and she was mortified as well. I spent over $100.00 and I've ordered your sub trays before. I have never been treated this way before at ANY deli in the past. My lunch was late and I felt bad for the group of workers that were waiting. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Dell's in the future because of her. Becky B.

I told her "I'm literally looking and it said you have them". She acts like she's looking and says again no we don't sell those and you would need a doc prescription to buy one anyways. Convinced she was wrong I went inside and found exactly what I was looking for!! Went to the counter to cash out and she get nasty with me saying "well didn't know" pushes my product towards me and told me I can cash out up front if I wanted to price match!! A little concern goes along way! And she clearly could care less. Be aware asking for help at this location and go inside and check yourself!! Very disappoint as I was in real respiratory distress!
