Disappointed in What Used to Be a Great Stop…read more I don't live in Flagler, but I've always enjoyed stopping at this Loaf 'N Jug during my trips through the area. It used to be one of my favorite stops -- always clean, well-stocked, and staffed by friendly, upbeat employees. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been very disappointing. The store is now messy and disorganized, and the bathrooms -- which were once spotless -- were filthy. The cashiers no longer seem happy or welcoming, but instead frustrated or uninterested. The most concerning part was seeing who I assume was the manager handle both money and food (pizza) without washing her hands, then talk poorly about a customer right after they left. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional. Sadly, I'll probably skip this stop from now on. For anyone traveling through Flagler, I'd recommend the Travel Plaza down the road instead -- it's much cleaner and better run.

The cenex across the interstate sells mid grade at the price of regular because most of the time they haul in their fuel out of Kansas and Kansas doesnt make e85. Loaf n jug in flagler just matches cenex prices. The only thing loaf has going for them is snack options and over priced fuel.
