Amazing service and excellent quality!!…read more My boy, Brody, has been going to Danielle and Brandon for years, and I won't bring him anywhere else! He is in great hands, and always comes out looking and smelling WAY better than I could imagine. Being a golden, he takes A LOT of time and this is never a problem at the Muddy Paw! He just started on a routine schedule, but before, they were always willing to fit him into their schedule. We have brought our other pups to them as well and they have always been in great hands and come home in WAY better condition than they went in! They use great products, are always working with the animals one on one and tailor their session to their needs (aka give breaks when needed). Absolutely LOVE the Muddy Paw!

He stunk to high heaven and was matted like a wild beast. No problem said Muddy Paw. They were booked out for weeks.. but somehow managed to squeeze me in and fluff and buff my pup like the lion from the Wizard of Oz! I swear to you... he smells like a powder puff and is just as soft after visiting the magicians at Muddy Paw. I extend my thanks and gratitude and highly recommend this grooming service! Can't wait to return!!

I arrived 12 minutes late to a 1-hour appointment after getting lost on the backroads of Woodland…read more Upon arrival, I found a text on my phone from 11:10 (two minutes prior) that my appointment was cancelled because I was 10 minutes late and that I would have to pay double ($120) to reschedule. At 11:12, I texted Olivia and called her twice; both calls were hung up on without answering. She proceeded to turn the music up and hide in her garage (?) while pretending that I was not in her driveway. Eventually she texted me back that my appointment was now more than halfway over; evidently, she had slotted me for a half hour appointment after confirming via email that I had a one-hour appointment. On the drive back to Presque Isle I picked up some pet clippers ($25) and have successfully shaved my cat's butt in ten minutes flat. It was much easier than I expected and I suggest others do the same before attempting to cooperate with this person. In summary, some tips: - Practice finding the place in advance of your appointment (it is a brown trailer with an RV/shack out front and a dirt driveway on the left deep down the New Sweden Road) - Triple check the duration of your appointment as there's a good possibility you aren't booked for the timeslot that was confirmed by Olivia - Don't bother calling, you won't get an answer - If you are 600 seconds late, your hour is forfeit and you will pay double if you are desperate enough for a second attempt at the "service" - There's more than one way to shave a cat

He even voluntarily adjusted the price downwards because I think he realized what had been done to our dog. She also seemed skiddish and sad when she came back to us. I also do beleive he was operating in a different state of mind, she is also extremely tender in her ears as he was obsessed with cleaning hair out of her ears to the point that she doesn't want her ears touched.
