I add peppers, provolone and mayo and an extra side of tzatziki (labeled garlic cucumber on the menu), and oil and vinegar (which tastes like Italian dressing, but who's counting?). The bread is phenomenal. I may literally just order a sub roll with no ingredients one day, just so I can eat it toasted with butter, with every meal I have. Not as special, perhaps from the Cysco truck (iykyk), but I still bought it and scarfed it down. Strawberry topping was def the average canned-strawberry topping (but I personally love that). It isn't "fast food fast", but also doesn't taste like shit either, so the wait is worth it. At most 10-15 min if you don't call ahead. As for seating, in winter there are only two two-tops so seating is extremely limited. It is mostly a deli-and-get-outta-here kind of place, but nonetheless welcoming and charming. They have tons of Italian memorabilia all over the walls including giant GodFather posters, taxi plates and more.
