This is a good 'ol boys store. It is called Gibsons Country Corner. The owner is local. But she could definitely use a course in customer service. It is some of the worst I have ever had. There is a five letter word I have heard others tell me of this lady, and they are all true. She is very rude, and ignorant. They have gas, a small cafe in the back, pizza, chic-fil-et from the chain restaurant, your standard gas station type food, and snacks. I have been to the store several times. I work in the area, and this is the only gas station on the way. If you forgot lunch this is the only place around to get anything. So unfortunately for anyone coming here you get mediocre service. Some of the student employees she hires are much nicer. read more

I have been a loyal customer here for over 23 years. Stopped in today to use the restroom and fill up. I assume the rude clerk was the owner, or manager. She raised her voice to me and said I had terrible manners while I was on a phone call. I hung up and questioned her as to why. She said because I didn't buy anything in her store. Well well well. I have been stopping there after hunts, after dates, after deliveries, during work days since 1993. Today was my last day. I took my associate and my van and filled up at Maverick which is where I will frequent now for the next 24 years. I used to go out of my way and pay higher prices on fuel and concessions because it was a small town store. Owned by a local family. Well it ended today. I am only one insignificant customer who obviously doesn't have manners right? Well, I also don't care about your budget. Sorry flushing a toilet before Filling my tank first is going to shut your doors. Hard to imagine that after paying twice as much on concessions and 10 cents more a gallon in fuel your margins were that tight. In the future I will frequent a different establishment who has the budget for running water and clean restrooms, as well as the presence of mind not to "call out" loyal returning customers while in stores. This is how mom and pop shops lose business to larger stores. Hope your moral crusade worked out for you. Best of luck in the future. read more

if you want terrible customer service this is the store for you, the employees are very rude, have bin there a few times and the employees are just nasty. i would avoid this store either drive the extra distance into plain city or drive into ogden will never step foot in this store again. read more

Wish I could give em no stars after what the manager did to a dear family friend of mine. She told him that they don't serve "his kind" there. My friend is Asian American and all he was getting was a Gatorade and she discriminates against him because of the color of his skin. I hope anyone who reads this, avoids this place at all cost. read more

I can't give a lower rating but I will never shop here after the manager told my little brother that his kind is not welcome here. Country Corner is part of our community. I have been going there since I was a little girl. It's as friendly as an environment can get. I go there often and I have never seen any disrespectful behavior from the manager or staff. I have never heard of a complaint from anyone who has visited our local gas station. I know several who would agree. It's a kind, and generous bunch that works there. They're always so wonderful to my friends and family. After reading the complaints on here. I say, try it for yourself and form your own opion based on your own experience. I think you'll find it as accommodating and as friendly as myself and so many others do. read more

This store is a gem of the country. They carry everything grocery for people who live out west and need things without having to drive 10 miles to town .I don't understand the two new feed backs other then disgruntled city folks who think they are owed something because they are friends of the community and common people who stop there .great place for snacks and lunch . read more

Love this place. The ladies who work there are always kind to my kids. They stock a lot of the little grocery things I randomly need so I don't have to make the drive into town. Not to mention how much my kids love their ever changing ice cream flavors. We love country corner read more
