I met a lot of contractors to do the work, and finally chose to hire Jose Collado (AG Construction aka AG Pavers) after doing a lot of research for the best option. Since I was new to the area, I relied on past review history and am so glad I hired Jose. Check him out on home advisor/Angie's list. His crew and work staff were timely, respectful, and did a very good job. He oversaw quite a few projects: Pavers - patio, porch, side, and pathway around garden (completed October) Flooring entire interior (completed October) Interior and Exterior Painting (completed October) Master and Spare Bathroom updates (completed February) Lighting throughout house (completed October) Kitchen /laundry room renovation (completed February) Lots of other little add-ons were also done, I can't begin to list them all! The few delays we had were due to delays in receiving bathroom and kitchen cabinets, but workers were super at planning around it. When I look back and consider what was becoming a new norm - all the crazy supply issues, and ability to even find good workers, I am amazed how blessed I was to see it all get completed within four short months. Jose's crew began work 10/20/2021 and had it all done by February! Jose was a great communicator and easy to work with. He helped oversee an excellent group of guys who all worked to make my Palm Coast house a "brand new" and cozy home. These guys are honest and work to complete satisfaction. We worked with them via SawTech, after we'd picked our granite and signed the contract. When they came to template the job they were on time, pleasant and professional. When they arrived to install the granite countertops throughout the house, they were completely prepared and even put down drop cloth everywhere, then got right to work in a professional manner. Their fabrication skills are outstanding and the installation was superb. We chose a lesser used edge (the triple pencil) and the look was beautiful, thanks to their artistic skills. She said that she would have the manager call me which never happened......so after 5 days I called them & I was told that they would not honor the price that I had been quoted. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, poor service. Bought flooring for our entire house build from them; they…read morehad an Installer they use name Troy. The installation was terrible, flooring was installed over debris that would have stayed there if I didn't make them "fix" it. Gaps everywhere, cuts too big and crooked. Troy was paid in full before we saw the final install. Contacted Floor Factory Outlet manager Bruce McConaghey; we were told FFO would make it right. Bruce continually thanked us for our patience. FFO sent a couple of their "inspectors" to inspect the floors in person. FFO then sent a "Floor Detective" to do an in depth inspection. The Floor Detectives finding was that it was faulty installation. When FFO was advised, after stringing us along for months and telling us the whole time that they would make it right; FFO manager Bruce McConaghey said "at this point in time, the issue is between you and Troy." They did absolutely nothing to resolve a problem that was caused by their installer. They falsely misled us by continually telling us they would make it right. The day after they received the Floor Detectives findings that showed it was due to faulty installation by FFO installer Troy, they emailed us that they would not be helping us any longer and that we would have to take care of it ourselves. I would NEVER recommend FFO.
