Called the law firm multiple times and was told that they've been no response. That was a lie. A response had been sent, and they just never let me know. The communication was horrible, and when I asked the attorney directly why this was the case, she had no answer, no apology, nor any sort of compensation for her massive mistake. Once I saw this, I decided to not use and warn others over her very unprofessional manner.

So we did that. at that point, Peter did a switcheroo if you will, and had another attorney, give us a call. The reason we had given the retainer was based on our original conversation with Peter and we're hoping to work with Peter. After our conversation with this other lawyer, we had decided to not use this law firm. Third week of October I sent an email to, Peter secretary, telling her that we were going to move in a different direction they sent us a letter confirming that we were not going to be using their law firm anymore and it was signed by Peter. I requested about the refund of whatever monies were left from our retainer for the consultation and was told that it was being sent out this was November 1. It is now the 21st of November and we're being told that they're sent out once a month and they'll follow up with us when it's being sent out. So if you want to get the runaround and you want to get your money held, then this is the law firm for you, if not stay away from them.
