Not only is their stock poor, their employees are rude and have absolutely zero sewing or craft experience. And lord help you if you approach the cutting counter a second too late. I just left this location after having been denied a product that I needed (A by the yard 1 inch trim that I offered to put away after the purchase) because I was exactly 1 minute too late to the cutting counter. I found an employee about fifteen feet from the cutting counter who refused to cut the single piece of trim. When I said I was willing to buy the entire spool, they said that I would need to have it measured at the cutting counter but the cutting counter was closed so they wouldn't even measure the trim. It is Sunday and there was only one other customer in the building. I drove 40 minutes for this single item so I can finish a project that needs to be done tomorrow. Not only was I offered zero empathy or even an apology, the manager was extremely rude. Lastly, every 1/10 times, I receive my coupons after the validity dates so they aren't applicable. Never have they allowed me to use them even though THEY sent them to me too late. Would not recommend this location. In a climate where it is increasingly easier to buy higher quality craft materials online, you'd think a corporation would want to compensate for their higher prices with a pleasant environment and knowledgeable staff.

It is primarily stocked for home decor, but you can find dress fabrics, and just about anything you need. If you have passion and an imagination, you will find something! I can easily spend an hour wondering through the thousands of fabrics. The staff is always helpful and never pressure you. They also have catalogs if you can't find exactly what you want. The back room is older fabric, and less pricey, which is a lot of fun to browse. One reviewer mentioned the place is dusty and old. That may be true - it has not changed much over the years, but their stock is constantly updated with new and current fabrics. This is where designers go for a great selection at a fair price. Linda's store has an endless selection of fabrics so it could have been an overwhelming experience. It was not!
