Our realtor, Bryan Wickmann is beyond awesome! From day one, which was literally over a year ago, he stepped up to help us find a rental property for our move from CA to TN. When I say step up, I really mean it. Within minutes of meeting Bryan we felt incredibly secure and in great hands. He was so knowledgeable about the different areas of town and shared so much insight which was priceless for two people who had never visited Middle Tennessee before. A year later when it came time to buy our first home we again turned to Bryan as our guide. He was with us every step of the way, encouraging us, championing for us, and being incredibly patient with my incessant texts, emails, and questions! Thank you so much Bryan for all that you did to get us into our perfect starter home. After our offer was accepted we were immediately put in contact with Summer from Team Wilson who gave us weekly Tuesday updates. Seriously, they are on top of everything. When Summer was unavailable, Mariah would check in. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and personable. Additionally, Bryan and his Team were able to connect us with another fantastic mortgage company. The two companies have such a great working relationship which truly made our entire home buying experience as easy as possible.

Is this real life?!…read more I was a little freaked out when we first started the home buying process. You're literally exposing yourself financially, highlighting all of the bad things you've done with your money and credit score. Not to worry, because Team Wilson is a judgment free zone! I was blown away at how easy they made it feel. From getting the pre-approval letter, to submitting the proper paperwork, and scheduling home walkthroughs, it was all a breeze. Surprisingly, house hunting was the hardest part of this process. After home walk through number twenty, they all seem to look alike. Bryan our agent was the best. He was super flexible and always available at a moments notice. I think in one day he looked at over twelve homes with us, which was the day we found our current house! I never thought I would be a home owner, but the awesome people at Team Wilson and our fantastic agent, Bryan Wickman, made it happen. Fun fact - When we met Bryan, about a year ago, we were looking for a rental and he told us then you'll probably be ready to purchase a home by the end of this lease agreement. Sure enough, here I am writing this review almost a year to-the-day in my new home office. Keep killing the game, Team Wilson!

We had a very unfortunate renting experience with a previous company and they always made sure to go above and beyond to help us through the moving experience and any maintenance issues that we had throughout the year. The Jones' authenticity, understanding, and compassion that they have balanced within their business should definitely be a goal for all property management companies. Unfortunately, we are moving to another home with another company due to location but the difficult decision definitely did not come easy.
