After a month of sessions with Dr. Hargreaves -- which includes repeated evaluation to find the source of the problem, adjustment, and exercises to do at home between visits -- I am not quite 100% pain free yet, but I'm getting there. I think he's really found the source of the problem and better than that, he's given me the information I need to rehab myself if the same problem recurs. If you're reading this because you're thinking "should I go to the chiropractor", I would say, yes, you should go, and you should go here. They take BC/BS, and the co-pay is lower than for PT at, say, OrthoCarolina. But it would be worth it regardless, not to be stuck in the cycle of pain and re-aggravating my back every few weeks.
