The staff is excellent and they have great communication skills. Dr. Krieger is also so talented. An example - I was waiting for the procedure to start. (implant drilled into my jaw) and he told me we were done. What?? That's how good he is. I thought he was prepping but he did the procedure. I had put off this procedure for years worrying about the pain and it was a non issue.

Asked on the phone if they could treat a young child of two years (the answer on the phone was yes, and to bring them in during my appointment). However when I arrived with them they seemed to be very uncomfortable with a young child and the doctor actually didn't look at their teeth, but instead one of the hygienists who "used to work at a pediatric dentist" did. 2. The teeth staining I had concern about (because they can lead to decay and infection) I was told was not a big concern. I was also advised against using fluoride toothpaste and to keep brushing their teeth using baby toothpaste. No additional instructions were given until they could spit better. At the time I felt informed and that my concerns were answered, but this was me putting too much trust in them I think, and how they present themselves as a "family dentistry for all ages". 3.My toddler now has two cavities because of following this advice (or lack of advice). I tried to do the right thing and go to a professional in advance, but I didn't get that here. I am extremely disheartened and wish I had skipped this place and brought my child to a pediatric dentist back then. My toddler is very likely facing oral surgery now because I was given false assurance that things were fine. *Please if you are a parent concerned about your young toddlers teeth look into a pediatric dentist first or at least make sure the doctor will actually look at your child's teeth as he didn't look at my child's directly. You could save yourself from a very unwanted and preventable situation!* My care for my own teeth was very good here, which is why it makes me especially sad that this situation happened because it seems as though they are kind enough and skilled enough but simply didn't take the situation seriously for my child . I have no issues with the care of my teeth, but I would never recommend this place for a young child's care based on my experience.

High pressure to sell products…read more Went in for 1 tooth to be pulled yet office wrote up multiple teeth to be pulled while they tried to pressure me into getting partials. I said NO, just 1 tooth. But because they wrote up multiple teeth, it took over 10 days for the approval. I finally called the insurance company and they filled me in!! "Why didn't they call for the 1 tooth? We would have OK'd it on the spot." NO, they had a plan in mind to get money for no service, which they did. Even tho no other teeth were pulled, this office made a partial for me. No teeth pulled, no fitting, no contact, no anything!!! They charged the insurance company over $5,000 for no service to me. Now I cannot get any real work for my teeth due to this. "Partials are only every 5 years" Because this company deceived me with their paperwork, and did NOT tear it up as I requested, I'm without dental care. Do Not Go To This Office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mother is a Humana insurance member, and she was charged thousands of dollars for dental crowns that should have been covered. The office either failed to verify her insurance benefits properly or deliberately misled her about coverage. After being concerned about the high out-of-pocket costs, my mother sought a second opinion at a different dentist. To our shock, we were told that the crowns are fully covered under her Humana plan and should never have required such a large payment. This raises serious ethical concerns about the practices at this office. Either they are not competent enough to properly process insurance claims or they are intentionally overcharging patients for procedures that should be covered. This is not just frustrating--it's financially and emotionally damaging to patients, especially seniors on fixed incomes. I strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any major work here and to verify everything independently with your insurance provider. We will be reporting this office to Humana and the appropriate state dental board. Patients deserve transparency and honesty--not predatory billing.
