I had a terrible experience with this dental office. I made a formal complaint to the BBB, which they never responded to, and they have a score of -B.
In April 2021, I visited this dental office because of a toothache. They diagnosed me with an abscess and recommended a root canal and a crown, which they said would cost $1875. They required an upfront payment of $937.50, which I paid. They prescribed antibiotics and scheduled an appointment for the procedure.
When I returned in April for the root canal and crown molds, I paid the remaining balance of $937.50. I left that day with a temporary crown. However, weeks later, they informed me that the permanent crown had arrived, but it was too large despite the molds they had taken. They attempted to fix it but ended up damaging it. I was left with a damaged and oversized crown as a temporary solution. I also complained about persistent pain, to which they said it was normal.
Several weeks later, they said the new crown had arrived, and I had it installed. Unfortunately, it broke off after a few weeks, causing intense pain. When I returned, they temporarily fixed it with acrylic, and I had to wait another 5-6 weeks.
I was told the new crown had arrived again and scheduled an appointment for October. They measured the crown, and despite my ongoing pain complaints, they proceeded. However, before installing the new crown, they decided to take an x-ray, revealing that the original abscess not only remained but had grown larger.
Instead of providing a temporary crown, they sent me home with my exposed tooth. They promised to contact me on October 15 to discuss the next steps, but it's been nearly 5 months since that date, and I've heard nothing.
In summary, I paid for a root canal and crown in April 2021, and as of March 2022, I still don't have a crown to protect my tooth, the abscess has worsened, and I continue to experience pain. This has been a nightmare experience, and I would strongly advise against using their services. read more
