We first stopped at the gas station for a fill up. Gas prices were decent considering the hike up in Arizona. It is $3.99 a gallon. Elsewhere gas is in almost $5; s good deal! I will need gas soon but will wait a few more weeks for my fill up. The line was quick. We then went into the warehouse for specific items. A taco kit, which is pretty tasty, for the company coming, and a cilantro lime ready made chicken pieces on sale. I got away from Costco at a deal. We tried the various samples being given out too. Brought home some Costco sushi. Was a combination of tuna and salmon. Had all the condiments to accompany the sushi! Surprisingly the fish was fresh, and the cuts were decent. The rice was a little too much for my liking. I can see why the rice was a little more than usual! It makes your stomach feel fuller! I did enjoy the sushi! This is my go to warehouse. I love everything. Gas, tire shop, and everything inside the warehouse...we use it all. It's our primary pharmacy. We go there just for lunch sometimes. Pizza night on Fridays at our house are courtesy of Costco. What's not to love? read more

This review of Costco tire sales in service applies specifically to the location at Tatum and Cactus, but is applicable to all Costco tire sales. I purchased tires for my vehicle. I had a bad blowout after owning the tires for awhile. I had towing coverage for one tow. I had it towed there, where I bought the tires. They did not have a replacement AND COULD NOT GET ONE FOR AT LEAST TEN DAYS. I had to leave my car in the parking lot. I located the same exact tire from a different vendor, but Costco refused to install it, even if I went and got it. I had to pay to have the vehicle towed again. read more

I've driven past here for thirteen years and since I had time, I figured I give them a shot. First, this is by far the easiest to get, in and out! Period. This Costco on Beardsley could really use a visit by corporate to check the management and employee training is up to Costco standards, for example: - Employees in electronics just stand around socializing with vendors and act inconvenienced if a customer needs something. Then they are abrupt and rude. - The Costco is one of the least crowded in the greater Phoenix area but can have the longest checkout lines. On the days they assign people to help customers go through self-checkout... those employees seem inexperienced with checkout and slow it down. - There is a lot of turnover in the checkout personnel resulting in more errors. One day the employee forgot to scan one of my items (they didn't know how to find the cost for a pineapple) and then other employees at the door treated me like a criminal for the checkout person's mistake. - This Costco doesn't manage their fruit and vegetable inventory well. Instead of disposing of the vegetables that have started to rot... they have an employee put them back in the bin lower down so a less observant customer might buy them. I see this happening almost every day when I visit and it has made me very untrusting in the quality of their products. - This Costco lacks some of the popular Asian products (e.g. poke, variety of frozen dumplings, etc.) that are common at other Costco's in Phoenix despite the fact this will be the closest Costco to the new TSMC plant (and the biggest concentration of potential customers in the greater Phoenix area). They should stock some products like CA/HI Costco. - I know wild fish often has live worms in it, but I still find it disgusting. If they are having issues with the supply chain then maybe they could focus on more flash frozen IFF fish. In the meantime, I'll go to New Tokyo Market. - They often have things blocking spaces in the parking lot so they can't be used for parking (e.g. trailer, product, carts), which in turn exacerbates the traffic. Often the cart lanes in the parking lot are overflowing and blocking the lot and roads... even first thing in the morning before any customers have used carts. read more

What can I say that I haven't already said about Costco gasoline? Well, this location is very nice. A bit busier than some, and the lines can be long. But, still the best price I've found. And they use a Techron blend so my cars apprciste the cleaner burning fuels. It also nice to fill up when I do my shopping here. This is also a nice location right off the 101 so easy to get here too. I will be back for sure. read more

The pharmacy deleted an active prescription from my profile. The person at the counter told me that it was deleted after 45 days. I told them that I was using 1\2 pills so not to waste 150 pills. Same med 1st was 100 mg two times a day. Dr switched it to am dose 100 mg, pm dose 150 mg. I didn't want to waste the 100 mgs. So I split them until I was out. She says we don't keep them that long. I said that's absurd as Walgreens kept a history of them for years. She said "they have been doing this longer than us". Unbelievable. When I went to pick them up, they said because it was a new script I had to visit with the pharmacist. I said I have been on the medication for over 10 years and it was previously prescribed here but you all deleted it and she said its State Law. I said I doubt it since I was with Walgreens for 25 years and did not recall this. Now I recall the pharmacist would come to the customer. Then a woman Pharm Tech with the name tag Doris in the pick up area laughed at me. I really could not believe this and was very upset and got my medication and left. Costco gas prices are always decent. Usually you'll save a little money over name brand stations. You will however need a Costco membership. Your choice of fuel is limited to regular or premium. No mid-grade or diesel. I've been using their gasoline now for many years and have never had an issue with it. Their pumps are new and easy to use. Their stations are clean and attendants friendly. Depending on the time of day and location, you will have a line of cars waiting to refuel so you will need to be paient while waiting in line. I would highly check them out. read more

Really disappointed in Costco. Their prices of meat are worse than the regular grocery stores. Do not buy their beef ribs. There's only 10% actual beef - the rest is bone & fat. Over priced as well. Also bought the Chicago popcorn- although it was well within the expiration date, it was completely stale. That's what happens when left in extensive heat. I get that things are tough all over, but this is unacceptable. read more

The best place to put gas is Costco! Where else can you get a good deal on gasoline. Sometimes you can get a good deal at circle k using your frys points or Arco gas stations but mostly Costco has the best deal. Usually this gas station has similar pricing as the one on Yorkshire & the 101. I noticed some Costco gas stations have different prices which is weird. read more

Gas is cheaper than most other places, and they have plenty of spaces to go for. Would return and have. Keep in mind since 2016, Costco now accepts Visa cards and not American Express. So as long as you have a Costco membership card that is active and a Visa card (debit, credit, whatever) you can use it here. read more
