Brought it to the attention to the cashiers and both seemed to not care. I asked for the manager and one of the cashiers said he would be in tomorrow. I said are you sure? It's Sunday. She said yes, at 9am. I returned around 1pm Sunday and the nice cashier this day seemed more caring & concerned. She told me no manager in today. I told her about that the prices were different and she looked at the website & said it could be different. I said "But it's YOUR website for this location". She ended up calling the manager Jerry at home and he said the prices in the flyer are what they will go with. Made no sense since the price was on their website & not in their flyer, and seems really unethical!! So it's okay to lie to your potential customers and lure them into your store but post a different & higher price?!?!?! WOW!!! I then asked for Jerry's boss' number. I called, explained what happened and left a message for Cory (regional manager) and have never heard back. Sooo not impressed!!! Will be telling everyone not to shop here!!! Unethical, no integrity, disrespectful and lack of empathy or care!!! You reap what you sow!!! Karma on you and shame!!! Pretty much all other stores I have ever been to will honor the mistake, apologize and correct it. This was not the case. Really disappointed!!!

Parking is available along Hastings outside of rush hour, as well as on the side streets. The layout is a bit weird in that one is forced to walk through the cosmetics section to get to the other stuff. I've seen this in some of the other locations as well. It may be intentional. The other weird thing is that the store is split in 2 halves, with a few steps (change in elevation) between them. Guess the building is on a sloped area. The far (lower) section has an entrance but it's blocked for some reason. Staff were friendly and I was able to find what I needed. Excellent.

This place is a hit and miss. Some items are cheaper and some just doesn't make sense. If you run a…read morebusiness or a restaurant than maybe it will work out for you. Otherwise, it really depends on what you buy. Some items require you to buy in multiple of 2 or 3 or even a dozen. Not all items are in bulk or sold in multiples of many. I can find better prices elsewhere for most of the items here. I am guessing that is why the store is never busy.

I sometimes come here to buy plastic disposable gloves among other items for food prep. It's like a…read moremini costco where it's basically a big warehouse and everything is on very large shelves. Unlike Costco, you DON'T have to buy a membership in order to buy stuff here. It's entirely optional. The membership includes perks like member only discounts though. Typical of warehouse stores, a lot of the items are packaged in bulk. For example, you can buy a 6 pack of giant condiment bottles instead of just one pack. Another thing is some discounts are only given if you buy multiples. For example, a bottle of sweet chili sauce goes for $4. But if you buy 4 or more, you get 50 cents off each bottle. All in all, this place is really good for people who buy in bulk. One small negative is that the price tags are hard to find. I came with old relatives who had to look very carefully for the price tags because they were jumbled up with other product price tags for other items that were nearby. Other times, you would have to stoop to the very bottom and peek under a not so see-through plastic lining partly covering the price tags. Also, some prices are more expensive than other grocery stores. I didn't buy a 12 pack of pop here because they were more expensive than other places. Came around 8pm and the checkout line was long. It stretched to the middle of the whole store. The line moved relatively fast and I got to the checkout lane 10-12 minutes later. They have a Walmart style checkout line where one giant line is for 4-5 checkout tills. As far as I know, there are no self checkout lines at this store. Staff here are pretty nice. I forgot an item and they let me run to get it and come back. They chatted about personal stuff with another staff member as they rang my stuff up though. Interestingly, even though Wholesale Club is a sister store of No Frills and Superstore, you CANNOT earn optimum points but you can redeem them here. At least that was what I was told by the cashier at the time. All in all, I would come back once in a while for the restaurant or food prep supplies which aren't really sold in other stores or buy items i need in bulk and get a small discount. 3 out of 5 stars.

The sales associate told me I would need to wait until after Halloween, but asked if I would be interested in attending a special Smashbox makeover event. She gave me all the info about the event, talked to me about Smashbox as a company, its products and even helped me to try out the primers and gave me a little sample as well. This visit took much longer than I expected and my boyfriend had wandered off a long time ago. But I very much appreciated the personal attention that the sales associate gave to me even though it was clear that I wasn't planning on buying anything that day.

The lady that worked in the cosmetics department found my hold item and proceeded to ring it up and then stopped tot text on her phone. I interrupted her texting and asked her how much was the bill which was incorrect because she didn't know about the promotion price so I had to explain to her how the redemption points worked.
