Ryan is down-to-earth, approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Firstly, I had no idea how to even go about the process. From the moment I called the front office and spoke to Cindy. I knew this was the place for me. Cindy and Ryan are experts and show so much patience and care. Cindy helped me get in to see Ryan within 24 hours since I needed to use my insurance by the end of the year. This morning I met both of them. Before I arrived, Cindy had already worked out all of my insurance stuff and she is just the nicest, most capable person. Ryan showed so much care during this sensitive time for me and answered all of my MANY questions and laid out all of my options for me. He let me test the hearing aid outside and inside several times and adjusted it, however, many times I needed. He showed me everything there was to know about a hearing aid (I had never even held one before) and told me about the features of each. I have sudden single sided deafness due to a tumor and Ryan knew everything about the special type I need and carried all of the different brands that make a CROS hearing aid, so I could make an educated choice. There are three different kinds I'm choosing between and Ryan is letting me test them all. I am so thankful when I encounter such kind, generous, understanding, knowledgeable, and expert medical providers, especially for something as sensitive and difficult as getting a hearing aid. They are highly rated on Yelp for a reason. Ryan is up-to-date on all the technological advancements and capabilities. He can even adjust my hearing aid remotely. Trust me, call them and let them take care of you. I look forward to seeing them again and I'm so glad Ryan and Cindy are with me on this journey.

My 92 year old dad first went to Central Valley hearing to replace hearing devices that he lost…read more They gave him a loaner without doing a hearing test and he signed a document that said that If he lost them, he would be liable for $5,000 per device $10,000!!! When we read the contract, we immediately called Posey's where my step mother had taken her father several years earlier. Our call was answered by the nicest person. She understood my issue and we were able to see Bryan the next day. Bryan gave my dad an audio exam and spent more than an hour with us. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He read the agreement the other place had made my dad sign and said that was highway robbery. That they receive these loaners from the manufacturer at no charge. He fitted my dad for a loaner while we wait for the insurance to verify coverage to get his permanent aids. No contract, no threat!! My dad can hear better than he has in years. He is very outgoing and not being able to hear (50% hearing loss in each ear) has changed him. So hearing again made him soooo happy. Thank you Posey's for treating my dad with dignity and respect and for your high integrity and kind employees.

We…read moreresearched hearing aids on the internet and were very confused since there were so many different ones and all different kinds of technology. We wondered how someone could just order one on the mail, how would they know how it worked, how to adjust it and so on. So we googled hearing aids and Posey's came up. We went to the Turlock office and made an appointment for the next day. Mr. Posey himself handled our appointment. He was very patient and explained everything. My husband had a ton of questions, Mr Posey answered everything. By the end of the appointment we decided that we would purchase the hearing aids from Posey's. Mr. Posey advises us that he would order the hearing aids (Late Wednesday) and that they should be in by Friday. He advised us that he could wear the loaners until his new hearing aids came in. We picked up his new "ears" today and could not be more happy. Mr Posey advised us that any time I need them adjusted, or had any issues to come in. They treated us like we were their only patient. They even supply batteries for 1 year! I highly recommend Posey's for all your hearing needs.

I wandered in without an appointment in desperate need of a volume…read moreadjustment and cleaning [so I wouldn't have to go all the way to Stockton. again. and so I can HEAR again.] and they took care of me right away. The technician saw me within minutes, as soon as she had finished caring for the previous client. [I'm sorry I didn't get her name. Excellent staff!] She spent about 30-45 minutes patiently cleaning and adjusting my hearing aids, including replacing the tubing and one small panel piece. It was a very meticulous, painstaking process! When I came in, I didn't see anyone else waiting in the lobby, although several people did come in while I was there. [I hope I didn't hold anyone else up, especially if they all had appointments.*shame*.] Note: they don't take "medical", but I was more than happy to pay a very modest charge of $15 rather than having to pay WAY more than that to make a 4th trip to Stockton. The staff and establishment were great, until I was refused my requested medical records. Irma,…read morethe person in charge of medical records, tells me it is "against company policy" to give a PATIENT their PATIENT'S medical records. "Isn't that illlegal" I asked? Irma replies with a shoulder shrug. She claimed she would talk with her supervisor and contact me the following day. Never happened. Six phone calls later, of which I left voicemails, 3 1/2 weeks since my original request for MY records, and 12 days since Irma promised to call me after speaking to her supervisor. I get it. Valley Surgery is not about protecting a patients civil rights but protecting the doctor's who pay them to use their facilities. Aside from that, any health related facility employing a person that lacks knowledge of basic privacy laws to oversee. patient's records should be scrutinized. I am not finished with this violation of ethics and civil rights matter.
