When we read the contract, we immediately called Posey's where my step mother had taken her father several years earlier. Our call was answered by the nicest person. She understood my issue and we were able to see Bryan the next day. Bryan gave my dad an audio exam and spent more than an hour with us. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He read the agreement the other place had made my dad sign and said that was highway robbery. That they receive these loaners from the manufacturer at no charge. He fitted my dad for a loaner while we wait for the insurance to verify coverage to get his permanent aids. No contract, no threat!! My dad can hear better than he has in years. He is very outgoing and not being able to hear (50% hearing loss in each ear) has changed him. So hearing again made him soooo happy. Thank you Posey's for treating my dad with dignity and respect and for your high integrity and kind employees.

We wondered how someone could just order one on the mail, how would they know how it worked, how to adjust it and so on. So we googled hearing aids and Posey's came up. We went to the Turlock office and made an appointment for the next day. Mr. Posey himself handled our appointment. He was very patient and explained everything. My husband had a ton of questions, Mr Posey answered everything. By the end of the appointment we decided that we would purchase the hearing aids from Posey's. Mr. Posey advises us that he would order the hearing aids (Late Wednesday) and that they should be in by Friday. He advised us that he could wear the loaners until his new hearing aids came in. We picked up his new "ears" today and could not be more happy. Mr Posey advised us that any time I need them adjusted, or had any issues to come in. They treated us like we were their only patient. They even supply batteries for 1 year! I highly recommend Posey's for all your hearing needs.

Then 1 week prior to my appointment they called and said they had to postpone for another 3 months. I finally got to my appointment, 9 months after my referral, and never saw a doctor. An assistant ran a hearing test and then told me the doctor would contact me within 1 month to go over the results. That was 3 months ago and I haven't heard a word from them. A full year later and I have absolutely no answers. This practice is a joke! Save yourself the frustration of being their patient!

They were able to get him in at 2pm this afternoon to be seen by Dr Magoon. The office was clean, pleasant to the eye. I was greeted by a very friendly front office staff, along with less of a 10 minute wait to go to the room. Dr Magoon entered the room within 5 minutes and obtained the ER records within another 10 minutes. They had Xray room on site and lab also, which limited having to go to a hospital for those tests. The staff and Doctor were by far the best I have seen in a very long time. He and his staff were very efficient, kind, and are quick to schedule a follow up with a specialist and MRI if needed to assure my sons condition doesn't worsen and/or corrected. I am very pleased that I have found a group that I can take my family to and feel confident in the services they will provide.

It's just something we like to hand out especially to those who serve us. While she helped him with his illness, she asked him his interest and hobbies. He walked away saying he loved her and the Dr. A few days later, Mika called us and stated she had a gift for her little buddy. Today, we stopped by and she gave him several gifts tailored to his hobbies & interest but also a card that meant more to him than anything. Her heart is amazing - she puts so much love into her "job!" I hope Sutter Gould recognizes Dr. Baluyot's office, especially MA Mika for her outstanding care.

As someone who works in a professional setting, I know how important it is for customer service to start with the person who picks up the phone. The receptionist and staff are not only uninformed. but have zero compassionate for potential patients. I wasn't even calling for myself and I couldn't imagine having my client call to ask for help. I would not want anyone to experience what I experienced on the other side of the phone. The people calling are patients with real medical needs that are already having a difficult time navigating the unfortunate hassle it takes to speak with Insurance companies and various doctors and all while dealing with painful injuries or conditions. I understand that sometimes it's easy to forget that we deal with people's real life situations but when you work in a professional setting you must always put your patients/customers/clients first. Romeo does not provide that type of care or support for existing or potential patients.
