Apparently this older lady was confused as well. She drove around like I did, but then she started backing up to one of the pumps, but she had a hard time. The attendant tried guiding her in. Eventually it was just good enough. I told the attendant that it's confusing. The guy in front of me was facing the same direction I was, but he was pumping his own gas in a clearly marked full service pump. Then it was my turn. I was just hoping that no one would pull in front of me, facing me as the self serve sign would have you do. I just don't understand why they couldn't have 2 islands as self serve and 2 islands as full serve. Confused? Join the club!

Since self-service has been made available in Oregon, I do tend to hit that side and pump my own gas. Employees do constantly check on self-service users to make sure they are doing alright and if not, they assist without hesitation. What I found that really helps get through the self-service pumps is to use the Kroger-Pay inside the Fred Meyer app. It is way easier than using their slow computer screens on the pump, it takes in account your reward points and charges the credit card you have setup in the app. I can start pumping in usually a few seconds after I add the pump number. This also works if you go to full-service and the attendants love it when you do. Lastly the price at Fred Meyer is not as good as Costco, but the lines can be shorter, and it is usually cheaper than any other place nearby.

It's close to the freeway. I like to have someone else pump my gas. The last couple times I've pulled up to the mini serve pump, but no attendant in view. Today, I saw a couple people in the mini serve pumps, pumping their own gas. I walked into the store and asked if it was self service only. I've actually had to do this the past couple times. She called to someone in the back. Finally got service. But my hope to save time with less customers was voided with me having to search for an attendant.

The price on the shelf said $12.99, so i was totally fine pating $12.99. But then the guy behind the counter decided to change the price to $22.99 each after he had rung them up. Are you kidding me???? Absolutely NOT. The price clearly says $12.99 right on the shelf. Who on earth would pay TWENTY THREE DOLLARS for two little vape pods??? This is ridiculous! The guy working is named Hira. He was rude and would not allow me to speak to his manager. I have been a LOYAL customer of this location since the day it opened MANY years ago I can tell you right now, I will NEVER give this place my business again and I will do my best to spread the word so other people go elsewhere as well.

Either the pumps just have cones in front of them or when you pull up the people working there are just sitting around smoking and eventually come up to your car to tell you that their pumps are on a cycle and they shut off at some irregular time throughout the night and they won't be able to pump your gas. Actually, what I was told was that "We can't pump your gas because the pumps will just shut off half way through" THEN I was told that "The pumps are on a system that only takes about 15 minutes" ands THEN I was told that "No, actually we won't be open til 4:00 AM" which was about 45 minutes from that time. If you do manage to get gas chances are the person who pumps it is rude, and half the time you can't even tell who works there cause they wear regular clothes (which wouldn't be an issue but I've seen more put together homeless people). The only reason I'd ever go to this place is location since it used to be the only place open 24 hours other than the gas station on 170th, but the gas station on 185th recently became 24 hours and they're way better and not that far and at least you're guaranteed gas when you go there.
