Very frustrated with the Costco pharmacy. They are hours late filling my prescriptions, more than one is only partially filled with no notice or communication from the pharmacy. I've been waiting here for almost an hour on my THIRD trip to pick up prescriptions. If you're not willing to spend half your day looking for parking or waiting in lines, give this a miss. read more

I used Costco's Auto Purchasing Program when buying my last vehicle and saved thousands of dollars. It was quick, hassle fee and personal. I bypassed the front showroom staff and dealt directly with the fleet department. They located the car I wanted at another dealership and transferred it into their stock. The program also included a 15% discount on service and parts. Check it out before you purchase your next car. Even if it means joining Costco, the savings more than cover the cost of becoming a member. Also, Costco now accepts Visa credit cards for payment. read more

OK kind of a rant here, I know that as business you have to have standards and I respect that. My problem is that as a truck driver when I am dispatched to your company and forced to wait inside your building to be unloaded that is problem for me when you do not let me shop inside your building. Some of the people are really rude. Especially as you go in and out when they check your card or ticket....never a smile or welcome! Do not like that I bring my small dog on a pillow in the cart....she never barks, sleeps mostly and half the time people don't notice. So its your standard Costco, the one thing i have to hand them on over all the competitors is that they pay a liveable wage and give benefits to part time employees, this transfers to happier employees and a much more pleasant environment. Overall you will save allot of money if you shop here and the price for the premium gas is great. read more

Stay far far away from the "Verizon" kiosk salesperson Boris! He is a snake oil salesman, and not a Verizon employee. I was talked into a "free" tablet when I bought my iPhone, that turned out to be a contract for a second line. After the charge showed up on my bill, I tried to return the tablet, but was told again by Boris there would be no charge. Now, Verizon is charging for the line, and the only way I can "break the contract" is to pay $175. Verizon hides behind the idea that Boris is not an employee and they can't verify that my account of events is true. So slimy! read more

Had the most rude cashier here I've ever had to deal with !

I am writing about an incident that occurred on Sun. Oct. 19th at the Costco store in Aurora around 11:30am. To be Frank I have never been so insulted in my life by a "supervising" member of your staff. My mother is currently unable to leave the house for medical reasons, so as I have on many instances before, I went to Costco to do some grocery shopping. I was greeted as normal by an employee, who took my mother's card, looked it over and allowed me to shop. After shopping for an hour or so I went to check out. My cashier Nicholas immediately called a supervisor over as I had my mother's card. The same card my greeter had no issue with. His supervisor was mind-numbingly rude, snatched the card from my hand and said he would check to see if I was on the account, without so much as getting my name, or taking my ID. After walking into the back for maybe 30 seconds, he came out, told me I wasn't on the account and that I needed to leave. When I asked how he could have possibly checked without knowing who I was, he retracted, and said I could make the purchase so long as I paid cash. I explained that that wasn't an option, and the "supervisor" retorted with "Well maybe you should shop at Sam's, they welcome your kind there." Now, I could forgive Costco's arbitrary enforcement of their membership rules, and probably even excuse a rude supervisor, but I cannot forgive a comment like that. I will be publishing this on every review site I can, and cancelling our Costco membership if your corporate office makes no effort to correct this situation. Absolutely disgusted. read more

great, like every Costco, but doesn't have an attached liquor store which is sad

Costco anywhere is always pretty awesome except this one was different because they did not have a liquor section. It was really weird. Sundays are great though around lunch because samples everywhere! And the samples are super good too like baked salmon and veggie straws and dannon yogurt.. so good. Can't complain about the price either, buying in bulk can save you a LOT of money, unless you buy something in bulk that is perishable. What can I say, I am lovin this costco and ALL COSTCO'S! Knocked a star off though because of the lack of a liquor section. read more

Great place to shop in bulk for most house hold items including casual week end clothing. You cannot go wrong. I like they have Indian Naan, the small ones in bulk and other items entrees. I have been a Costco premium members for a decade. The only slight irritant is that they ask to show Costco membership card at the door which seems silly as you cannot shop and pay for the items until you present the Costco card at check out. The return policy is superb with no hassles staff very friendly, professional, and courteous. I get two cards but am single so I gave my second card to a close family friend who loves it. They tell me the selection and variety at Costco is far superior to Sams Club. Highly recommend Costco. Well worth the membership fees. The only slight issue is that they should have a better inventory system do they do not run out of items to sell. There should be No no stock in the store as they only have to deal with 4000 items unlike other stores. read more

I think Costco is, in general, well-run, clean and reasonably priced. I love the free food samples! My biggest complaints have to do with the fact that they are constantly shifting their merchandise around so I have trouble finding things and also they often discontinue items so we are disappointed with no recourse. For the most part you can't go too wrong shopping here and their return policy is incredible. read more

Very disappointed this trip...we pay an annual membership to shop someplace where customer service should be at least mediocre. Not this time around. Not one person said hello, thank you, anything at all; not even the cashier! We tried to ask for help with some empty boxes and the gentlemen that walked by just looked them shrugged his shoulders and kept walking. The cashier didn't even acknowledge us. She literally just threw our bags of food into the cart and have us our total. Then leaving the lady at the door was so busy talking to another associate she didn't even look at us! Absolutely horrible service. I will never shop here again. I will drive to Highlands Ranch. read more

The pharmacy staff went out of their way to help me tonight. I'd gotten seriously stuck in the snow, ended up running late, got to Costco right at 7pm. The pharm staff turned on a register so I could p/u my rx. They'd already turned off the lights...they could've sent me on my way with an apologetic 'we're closed'. That's awesome customer service. I was there doing shopping today and had a separate order for my mom. The cashier her name Gisella R was very inappropriate and unprofessional, pretty much yield at me repeating that I cannot have a separate order. As I'm explaining to her what's going on she kept saying that's the role in a rude way. Seriously Cosco is getting greedy about the membership, I was a big fan of this store but unfortunately they need to work on educating their some of their staff customer service and make them familiar with the company policy. read more

Worst location I've ever been to after using a $100 gift card that I was told from the customer service I could use more than once but when I went for first purchase the cashier cashed me out $84 so I don't come back again...englewood Costco has a self check out and one time I forgot to scan the pack of water so they checked my items at the gate and noticed the pack of water was not paid they signed my receipt and gave it to me for free...they will never do that in Aurora location. read more

I had a very unpleasant experience today at store #439 Aurora, CO. My boyfriend and I went here to get a few things as we have done dozens of times over the last 3+ years. He is the primary on our account and I am the secondary, but he doesn't always carry his card with him. We had two separate orders and I had my card to use for both orders. The cashier, Diane, would not allow us to both use my card. I understand the concern that people may be shopping at Costco who do not have memberships; however, we have been checking out on just my card with two separate orders for 3+ years and nobody has given us any flack about it. Diane got my boyfriend's driver's licence and had someone go look up the number for his membership card, We were fine with this, but Diane could not seem to type his number in correctly so she had to double check twice more and kept saying "this just isn't working" as if this was all our faults. Once she finally got his membership number to work, she double checked everything including the names on our credit cards to make sure they matched our membership cards. I am SO offended. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal in a place that we have been honestly paying our membership fees for several years now. A Supervisor (I believe her name was Maria) came over and informed us that Diane was just doing her job and when I told her that in the last three years this has never happened to us before, she said nobody else we had checked out with knew how to do their jobs properly. Frankly, if you are being rude to paying members and making them feel like criminals, YOU are not doing your job and need some additional training. We didn't even get an apology. read more
