Parking is horrible, with an adjacent PAID parking lot and on street parking. It is very difficult to find a parking spot during normal business hours. If you have an appointment scheduled here, please take the time to arrive very early. Give yourself enough time to find a parking spot. Once in the building, finding the practice you need to visit - for first time visitors - is a bit difficult. There are menus on the wall but you need reading glasses to read the small print. There is a sense of filth when you walk into the building also. I had an appointment on the top floor. Taking the elevator to the top floor took nearly ten minutes in the very old elevator. Plan for that as well upon arriving. The place where I had an appointment was very small with a window to appear and give your name for the appointment. Seats are limited in the waiting area. I ended up canceling the appointment because of the long wait time and I was on time! I found a better practice nearby for treatment, and one that had free parking. The office does not validate parking either. Overall: Was not impressed with this facility and don't recommend it.

We just got dropped like a hot potatoes because we have Tufts insurance that we've had since 1998. They want us to switch to the MassGen Plan. No way! It's SO F expensive. Mass General is screwing people so bad. Mass Eye & Ear is included in the conglomerate. Another place we've been going to several times a year since the mid-90s. I scheduled my appointment online through the patient portal which was convenient. The check-in and appointment was very quick. I spent less time there than I have just in the waiting room for many other medical appointments. I saw Alexsis, one of the nurse practitioners, for an annual exam and she's wonderful. She listens and cares about her patients and answers any questions.

My updated rating and one star are specifically due to my experience with Dr. Kim. As my fertility journey progressed, her demeanor became increasingly cold and dismissive. At one point, when I asked about the possibility of a PCOS diagnosis, I was told I was "just fat." This was not only inappropriate and unprofessional, but also incorrect. I was later formally diagnosed with PCOS. Later, after a biopsy, I was urgently called into the office. I immediately sensed something was wrong. Dr. Kim bluntly told me I had uterine cancer with no compassion or empathy. What made the situation even more upsetting was that she then told me IT WAS MY FAULT, stating that I had caused it by stopping a medication and that she had warned me not to come off it and that cancer was a risk. This is completely untrue. I was extremely diligent throughout my treatment, took notes at every visit, and followed all guidance closely. I was specifically told, "Let's put you on this for a year and then come off of it and try again," as part of a plan to help me conceive. At no point was I told that stopping the medication would increase my risk of cancer. Overall, her bedside manner was consistently poor, and I came to dread appointments because of my interactions with her. Thankfully, I found an incredible GYN oncologist who treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect during a very difficult time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Kim.
