What's insulting is they asked for feedback afterwards and Alex (the dispatcher) was clearly dismissive and refused to offer any refund based on the inadequate and insufficient services provided. For simple services, RC might be a safe bet but look elsewhere if you need anything more hands on.

I have USACO ship to me here in Colombia once a month. They usually consolidate all my orders into one package. They handle all custom charges and delivery costs into one charge. Hassle free for me. Their all very helpful and hospitable . I ´ve never met anyone from USACO, but feel as though their friends of mine. I communicate with them through e-mail. I also e-mail all my tracking #´s to them along with the shippers name, when it´s scheduled to arrive, weight, and names of products in the package.
