It's been a couple of years since I've given this corporate behemoth a chance so I thought I'd see if they'd improved. They haven't. The coffee sucks, people. It's burnt. It's hideous. It's overpriced. McDonald's does better coffee for half the price. Yes, the staff are friendly and that helps. But I don't want to go to a coffee shop and have to drink water as it's the only thing they do that tastes like it should. Still, at least I don't have to try it again until 2011

They have a great deal where for example you get to choose four items from a list including two toast and tea or coffee all for only 3.25. The bacon is good quality although I would avoid the sausage unless you like the really cheap kind. The tea is always pipping hot. You order at the counter but they come over and give you table service from that point. The service is always friendly. There is a large plasma tv in the corner which usually is showing sky news. There are four large leather sofas at the front of the cafe so if you fancy a relaxing place to grab a quick cuppa, this is far cheaper and more comfortable than most! In my opinion, this place is an undiscovered gem of a cafe.
