I had an appointment at 4:30pm, came in early and she decided to take us at 4:00pm. Then when she tried to justify her answer, my husband asked her "Can you tell us the(our) name that was scheduled for 4:30pm?" and SHE COULDN'T. Keep in mind, my husband knows his way around the cosmetology community because he is a barber. She then turned around and asked me, what name I used to schedule the appointment. So just by that, her professionalism is already out the window. I am very unsatisfied and will definitely be contacting head quarters, because company's need to be aware of the horrible people that are representing their company. Honestly, if it were up to me, I wouldn't even give this lady 1 star, she does not deserve it.
