The mall can get busy at times but most of the time it's not too crowded . During holiday season, they have photos with Santa inside the mall area. Also gift wrapping stations and some good sales spread out through the mall. We definitely scored several good deals. People are friendly here from clothing shops, custom T-shirt store to the food court staff . They have a large parking lot with four EV charging stations located close to the Macy's entrance and they are very popular, always occupied . for Tesla vehicles yes you do need to bring your charging adapter.
