They had a Black Friday sale for 20% off their entire store, so I was able to grab some Japanese Mintia mints at an affordable price versus getting it online. There's a good amount of beauty products and skincare. There's some imported Japanese snacks, some supplements, a small section of home goods like cleaning supplies or fragrances and this location has a small section for women's lingerie. Once in awhile they have blind boxes and kuji here too. I've done Moomin kuji in the past and we got a Poke'mon blind box as well. At the front they have a small selection of clearance items as well. They have a point system here too with your phone number.

I specifically booked for 4:00 PM, shaved and prepped the night before, and showed up on time. I ended up waiting until 4:30 PM with no update. I said I wanted to cancel, and the staff member didn't even apologize for the delay or the wasted time. I wasted an entire hour between driving there, sitting in their waiting room, and driving back home. Totally unprofessional and disorganized. If this is how they manage appointments and treat first-time clients, I would never trust them with a laser.

Recently, we went on the last week of August 2026. There weren't really a lot of customers, it was just me and my Mom and another Mother and daughter too. I noticed that the workers keep on following us. During this visit my Mom brought her walker too even though she's fairly young, it's been hard to navigate the store because of how narrow it is, so she takes her time walking. This worker kept on following us, I noticed it at first but brushed it off but towards when we were about to make a purchase, my Mom noticed it too because they had been clearly being noticeable. They're not following the other mother and daughter. Just us. We should've just left the ones we added in our cart but this is a lesson, we will never come back because of that experience, it was very uncomfortable and it made us feel like they're thinking if we're gonna steal their $5 stuffs or what. There should be a 0 here.

My boyfriend and I came here before meeting up with our friends to get Big Way Hot Pot in the same plaza. I always have to reiterate this every time I review any business in this plaza, but it's one of the top worst plazas to find parking in Rowland Heights. Due to all the restaurants and businesses, it can become a PvP zone to fight each other for parking. So either come at an off time, or if there's no valuables in your beat up car, you can park across the street at 99 Ranch and walk over. This shop is SUPER cluttered, meaning there's lots to look at and shop for. Not only do they have beauty goods like make up and skin care, as well as the tools used for that but they have imported snacks from Asia (mostly China, but I think some from Japan), like chips and candy and such. There's also some cute accessories and also some anime figures and other goods. Was so random to see a Pop Up Parade figure of Nero from the Fate series. Neat!
