But when I pick up my stuff, I always manage to find 3 or 5 or 10 other items in the store to take with me as well. In my garage, I have crates filled with candles. I have three drawers filled with wallflowers and hand sanitizers. To say that I'm addicted to this store would be an understatement. Most of the staff here is very friendly and helpful. The walls are lined with candles. Tables are filled with body wash, moisturizers, soaps, and shampoos. The available scents are endless. Today for me was a pumpkin day so I bought 12 more candles all pumpkin related. My wife and I were searching for a specific item when we couldn't find it on the shelf. Three or four floor associates were huddled near the men's section, so I approached them for help. When I politely asked for assistance, their initial reaction was as if I was intruding on their space. At that moment, I realized that this location wasn't the best place for me to shop anymore. Every time we visit, the customer service experience is inconsistent and disappointing. I would love for bath and bodywork to revert back to their old ways by upholding standards in their employees

Since then, the manager (white bald caucasian guy) has tried to approach me more than once to discuss my review. The first time, I declined the conversation. Today, he approached me again while I was on the phone, and I declined again because I did not want to have that conversation. Instead of respecting my decision, he told me that if I could not have a conversation with him, I needed to leave the store. He then threatened to call the police on me, even though I was simply shopping and, from my perspective, had not done anything wrong or caused a disturbance. I should be able to leave an honest review about my experience without feeling pressured or confronted afterward. Being asked to leave simply because I did not want to discuss my previous review was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I will not be returning.
