I love this American and European restaurant because it's classy but relaxed. They are on Open Table. Lots of parking. Excellent service and friendly hostess. The asparagus soup was dreamy delicious. Its served in an awesome red bowl-pot. The goulash tastes authentic and the meat pieces were soft and not fatty. The spaetzle is light and addictive. The chicken paprika had an amazing orange cream sauce. Large pieces of juicy chicken, too. I love that one could substitute the spaetzle on the main dishes with fresh veggies and mashed potatoes. They have a bar area, too. Wide range of libations. Beautiful plates that hold their food. The orchid flower garnishing the plates are a beautiful touch. read more

Fine dining is very welcome in St. George. We do have quite a bit, but not near enough. That being said, I'm usually one who leans more to the affordable dining vs the higher class food due to portion vs cost. The food was very good! Everything was well prepared and flavored. They served us in a very timely manner, keeping the food coming but allowing time to talk and enjoy between things. Our waitress was very sweet and quick to keep our drinks full. I loved that at one point the chef stopped by to see how we liked everything. I feel like that's a sign that they have passion for what they do. As expected from a finer dining experience, the portions are not massive, but they are adequate for your enjoyment. I was satisfied and even left full after a full course. They were beautifully prepared though with nice colors and layouts. The restaurant is clean and cozy with plenty of room between tables to allow groups to enjoy their own space. read more

A 2nd visit to Chef Imi's most recent location. Service was good, attentive. After placing our orders, sea scallops with risotto and chicken paprikash, our glasses of wine came promptly. Surprisingly no bread/butter which admittedly, I'd expect. Entrees come with a visual flourish but we're otherwise average. Of 5 scallops, 2-3 were chewy. Chicken was also so-so by wife's measure. Finally, I'd really just give this visit a 3 1/2 due to the pesky fly or two in the dining area. Still work to do. read more

Wow! Just Wow! I had the medallions and my wife got the salmon. It was both amazing! The lobster bisque was the best bisque we have ever had and we have bisque from all of the best lobster spots in the world. All I can say is Wow! The service was very good and quick. Visiting to play golf and many people recommended this place. So we tried it. We are foodies from SoCal so we have expectations. The service was impeccable. Ambience super friendly nice and quiet. We had the calamari fritti and the burrata on tomatoes. Calamari was okay with a grainy crust. The burrata cheese was beautiful on hard large tomato slices. Then we had the ravioli porcini which was delicious and we splurged for the Argentina ribeye which was well plated but to be honest the steak was like no ribeye we ever had closer to a sirloin with no marbling and lots of inedible parts. Disappointing. Also two glasses of wine the Pinot Noir and the Malbec were decent. They comped us a dessert for a birthday. read more

From start to finish everything was amazing. It's a very cool restaurant and the staff were all knowledgeable and attentive. The appetizers were all really great. We actually tried several. I had the Hungarian Tenderloin Goulash as my entree. I will definitely get it again as it was really unique. It was the first time I have ever had that. The portions were all generous and chef actually came out to see us. Many of the ingredients were imported directly from artisan suppliers and the flavors were unlike any I've had before. Some Greats and Not So Greats. Greats: Food & Drinks excellent, 4 customers; Norwegian smoked salmon, bisque, ceasar salad, filets, & schnitzel. Prepared well and presented well on the plate. Chef Imi is outstanding ! Not So Greats: The building from the outside and especially the inside provide the ambiance of being in a MT/WY lodge/restaurant with the large wood beams, fire place, high ceilings. The interior art work and signage tries to give a European feel but conflicts with interior western achitecture. Our waiter lacked the training and skills to be serving in this restaurant given the food/wine menu and prices. "Very" slow to arrive at the table (apoligized), brought a bottle of wine but had ask for wine glasses three times, no offer to open or pour the wine, no water refills, only visited table one time after serving main courses, poor communication skills. The ambiance and lack of quality service severly detract from the dining experience. For what it's worth. read more

Amazing food within a sea of icky chains & sub-par eateries. Once again I had an outstanding meal at this place. I've had the filet & now the goulash--omg, it was fabulous! Presentation A+. Food A+. Service A+. Adult beverage menu A+. I plan to try everything on the menu. My friends' dinners were great. New favorite restaurant. And the fact that the charming chef visits the table is the icing on the cake. I moved here from a city known for FOOD. As a retired caterer I truly appreciate the European touch. PS, if you remember the Gun Barrel, it's in that same location. All the dead animals are gone, so you don't have to watch them watch you while you're dining. That used to really creep me out . We had a wonderful visit to cosmopolitan grill the day before Valentine's Day. The staff was so attentive and kind. We were served by Angel and she was so helpful making recommendations as it was our first time in. We had the Lobster Ravioli and Filet, both were very good. The presentation of food was spot on. Chef Imi outdid himself. Highly recommend a visit if you haven't tried it yet. read more

St George is a wonderful place to live but suffers from a lack of fine dining establishments. We have been to all the highly rated restaurants and most simply do not live up to the hype and high prices. Cosmopolitan Grill, however, is the quiet professional serving consistently fine continental-inspired dining at very reasonable prices. Our latest visit was for my wife's birthday and we were pleasantly surprised to find that chateaubriand for two was the special! It was a superb cut of tenderloin, perfectly prepared on a platter with a roasted mushroom demi-glacé and tastefully arranged roasted vegetables. The owner and chef stopped by to greet us and ensure that the meal met our expectations. The wine list is small, but had a decent French champagne by the glass as well as a reasonable priced Bordeaux that was quite good. Our server, Angel, was a delight. We shared a chocolate layer cake for dessert that even put my grandmother's to shame. This was our third visit, consistently excellent. read more

Excellent new menu with many very tasty hardy standards, plus exceptional Fine Dining in the back of the menu. There is now a complete fun and elegant Bar with cozy spots for 2 for light dining and drinks, plus of course the entire grand dinning area for small or large booths and tables. The staff was pleasant and professional, and the service was timely - not too fast and certainly not too slow. Can't wait to try the dinner menu. From start to finish, every detail of our visit was absolutely exceptional. We started with a beautiful spread of appetizers--calamari, burrata, smoked salmon, and prosciutto with melon--all perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The red pepper soup was a wonderful touch before moving into our main courses. For entrees, our table enjoyed the Wiener Schnitzel, King Salmon, and Chilean Sea Bass, and I have to say, the fish here is simply the best in town. They serve only wild-caught fish, and you can taste the difference. It was perfectly seasoned, moist, and cooked to perfection. What really sets this place apart is the presentation. The edible flowers and fresh herbs on each dish were a gorgeous and thoughtful touch. For dessert, we indulged in lemon cake, lava cake, and cherry sorbet--a perfect ending to an incredible meal. And don't skip the coffee--it's so smooth and rich you'll want to savor it black before even reaching for the creamer. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, featuring a beautiful lodge-style interior and a cozy fireplace that creates a homely ambiance. Our server, Timmy, was outstanding--knowledgeable, attentive, and excellent at walking us through the menu. To top it all off, the chef personally came out to greet our table, which was a wonderful personal touch. Visited on the basis of positive reviews from others on another social platform. Beautiful venue with lots of potential. We were two couples and ordered four different dishes. Not one of us felt we would return. While it's not ridiculously expensive, the food and ambiance was not what I'd expect for a $25-50 entree. They played classic rock from a radio station. I love classic rock, but we were subjected to ten minutes of blaring commercials for every 30 minutes of music. I'm not one to post on social if I didn't speak to the staff myself. I went to the hostess and asked nicely if there was a way we could have music without having to endure commercials. She said "Yeah, I told them we should play some nice Italian music." That was the end of that conversation and the commercials continued. I do want to say our server was capable and we tipped appropriately. Hopefully they'll spring $6 a month for a Pandora subscription and work to improve the consistency of the meal quality. read more

My husband and I went in for lunch. There was no one at the front desk and we waited over five minutes. I could see some people in the back and so I said "hello" so they would notice we were there. A woman came to the front and was extremely rude. She yelled at us for saying anything. I said we had been waiting for over five minutes. She didn't care and kept yelling at us. Our party all got the schnitzel. I substituted the parsley potatoes with spaetzel. The veal was pounded so thin you couldn't taste it and it was way overcooked and dry. I had to ask for some melted butter for my spaetzel cause it was dry and the parsley potatoes were just chunks of potatoes with parsley on them. No seasoning at all. The calamari was good and so was our sticky toffee pudding. Service was also ok. read more
