Three out of four of us were started while one friend sat in her pedicure chair for over 10 minutes without even getting water added, which immediately made things feel a little disorganized. I paid for one of the more expensive pedicures that included a 15-minute massage, but honestly it was one of the most lackluster massages I've ever had. The technician kept looking at the clock behind me during it, which felt awkward and somehow made me feel rushed or guilty for taking the full service, not exactly the relaxing spa experience you hope for when spending around $90 on a pedicure. At one point I was left sitting with hot towels on my legs long enough for them to turn basically ice cold before someone different came back to finish the service. I also wish pricing had been communicated more clearly. I wasn't given an option between regular or gel polish, and wasn't told gel would be an extra $20 until checkout. That said, my nails did turn out cute in the end. I just don't think the overall experience matched the price point, and I personally probably wouldn't return.

I love the Skinceuticals line and April is so knowledgeable. She knows about skin and body and now works at the molecular level to help us all improve our skin and our lives. The pedicure was not what you usually expect, just water some lotion and your polish, I'm used to the whole shabang with exfoliating, rocks, wax, you know the typical pedicure. She unfortunately was not there so the not so kind young gentleman ended up doing them. When I tell you I have never experienced such a bad service before. The nails themselves had me dumbfounded and the horror was that I had somewhere to be so I couldn't even get them removed or fixed!! Because of my crazy schedule I had to walk around with these horrendous nails for two days! Mind you the polish litterly chipped away on two nails on the 1st day. I finally went back today and at first the guy was offering to fix them but not so nicely, I understand he had a client but I didn't even want him to do my nails I wanted them done by someone who actually knows what they're doing or simply get them removed. After I got left standing there like a dummy, thankfully Lindsey walks in and she fixed my nails. I honestly would have appreciated this set getting completely removed and start fresh because even though she fixed them, they are not to my standards. One person got her nails all messed up and we were able to get her into Serendipity Salon and get them back to "picture worthy". We also had one guest in the wedding needing a wash and blow dry. It is so blotchy and horrible with brassy tones and totally uneven and stripes even after I came in again to get it fixed. I paid $150 for completely uneven blotchy hair. I asked for "blended to my roots" "faded into my roots" and "a shade lighter" even mentioned "balayage". Had to have her mix another bowl of toner because she assumed the weird peachy color was the tone i wanted but really was about 5 months of toner washing out and the previous pink dye that washed out and had to beg for the correct toner to be mixed up. The toner was intense and she put it on twice since I went in again to get it fixed, my hair is a strange color now as well as extremely damaged. She was babysitting her grandaughter while doing my hair which is beyond unprofessional. Although very cute she was extremely distracting, prancing around the studio, needing things and taking away from our appointment. The studio is super dusty/dirty with lots of chipping paint, old magazines, clutter, a tell tale sign of how much someone cares about their buisness. The wash basin is crammed in a corner which is chipping and has black marks on the wall from dirty shoes and feet that get pressed up against it, no one bothered to paint it or wash the dirty black spot on the wall? Maybe the $150 could go towards some paint or some windex. You couldn't pay me to come back here.
