I asked for more pressure, and was told she was assessing my back. I said I have a fair amount of fat and so need more pressure and she acknowledged it. But the massage just...never got better. And when it ended 30 minutes early, it was almost a relief. Better to have not gotten a massage at all than one that was disappointing like this one. My back still hurts. Other notes: office is unmarked. There's no receptionist, so if you want to check in or whatever, I still have no idea where you'd go. I'm glad some people like this place, but it's not for me.

From meeting my aesthetic counsellor for my first appointment and now having just met the nurse I feel so happy and confident in Harley Medical! They were both so lovely and took the time to talk me through anything and answered any questions I had. The clinic itself is so nice! Fresh, clean and light and smells amazing! It's doesn't feel like a stuffy doctors surgery or even that clinical as you walk in. There's a lovely seating area with fresh flowers and magazines whilst you wait. Each person I've met at reception has always greeted me with a warm smile and have kept me updated on my appointment time if they are running late (which only happened when I went to the London clinic, once) I can't say anything bad about Harley Medical and so far I'm very confident in my choice.

They will make you feel very welcome until they have your money, once you swipe your card with thousands of pounds going into their account they will not give a shit about customer service. I decided to get a laser treatment and i decided to pay in advance , after that it was down hill from then on. The day of my second laser treatment i received a phone call from the so called manager of the firm Deborah Mulbah-Cummings, this lady is rude , unprofessional and her attitude stinks , although when i first met her she masked it all over with a fake smile and really bad coffee. I tried to complain about them changing my treatment day. i had waited for 4 weeks for this treatment and i have a really tight schedule due to running my own brokerage firm and on the day of my treatment , literately an hour before i received a call from this Deborah lady who undermined me, insulted my intelligence, robed me of my money when i ask for a refund and clicked me every time i called in to get my money back, due to them not having a nurse available on the day they promised i would get treated. this has escalated to me taking further action now and i'm in the process of speaking to my lawyer to take this lady to court .

The doctor who administered the injections failed to inform me that this was a common side effect. Subsequently, this doctor refused to speak to me or see me and the clinic has engaged in stalling tactics and now they completely ignore me. They failed to supply me with my notes and I have tried several times to get them to take responsibility for the doctor's incompetence. Nobody was available to consult and offer to try and remedy the situation. As result I will have to engage in long court proceedings and will have to complain everywhere where I can. In the process of interviewing lawyers, I have found that they are known. Be warned. Do not use this place.
