She was attentive, asked if the pressure was okay, and really focused on the areas I requested--my neck, shoulders, hands, and feet. I opted for the cocoa butter treatment and it was absolutely perfect! My husband scheduled the massage and told me it was 5:00 p.m., so I showed up at 4:55. The receptionist didn't mention the time, so I assumed 5 was it. I was shown the locker room and then walked out to the lobby in my robe. They let me wander around for about five minutes in the lobby in my robe before telling me that the relaxation room was through a door in the lobby. That was very confusing and awkward. Then, once I was in the relaxation room, I double checked the time and my massage was at 5:30! Yikes. Thankfully, Nadine was awesome and that was all that mattered in the end.

Was looking for some really nice make up for my daughters Wedding in Maui (Feb 2013) and she told me to go here...they have what we want...! I walked in and was greeted by this very nice lady...Katie Matthews, I told her my story & she sat me down and gave me the nicest makeover I've had...& used the line of makeup I was looking for...La Bella Donna...! I was quite impressed to say the least...! it really did look good, I must say :) I then asked some questions and Katie set me up with what she used on my face...& I used it the day of the wedding...it worked fabulous in the heat...as I was told it would...a few touch ups through the day & still looked natural...I Love This Line... After the wedding, I met my daughter in the store along with her younger sister, had my youngest daughter sit & Katie did her makeup with this line...La Bella Donna...she looked beautiful & it looked natural on her face, so again, Katie & Nicole were great help with purchasing everything we needed...! Thank You Ladies very much for helping us out...! I will, when needed, order online or call this store & Katie Matthews that 45 min in your store was great :) Nelsene Weber & daughters A very happy customer from Canada :) read more

I've been a huge fan of Cosbar Wailea for years. One of the very few drawbacks to living on Maui is we have very limited hands-on access to a number of luxury brands, including my personal favorite Oribe. Too often, after ordering something new online, I'd be disappointed when it arrived-not quite the right color, scent or just not "me". Cosbar eliminates the guesswork by stocking great product lines, which I'm able to see and/or try before investing, saving me money in the end. Most importantly, the staff is wonderful, especially Amber. She is consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, always going out of her way to make certain you're happy with the Cosbar experience and your purchase. She exemplifies the best the industry has to offer, along with the true spirit of aloha! read more

The girls at Cos Bar are amazing!! They recently did the make up for my wedding and they were so accommodating and helpful. All of our make up turned out amazing! Oona did mine and my mom's make up I absolutely loved it! She did a trial for me the day before and even gave me a skincare regimen for the night before complete with all the products!! Nicole the manager made sure we all had champagne and had a great time while getting our make up done!! I looked into having a make up artist come to our hotel to do our make up but I am so happy we decided to go to Cos Bar instead. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get their make up done and buy some great products!! read more

This is a delight for anyone who loves the highest quality of beauty products! My friend and I went in for a couple of items and the staff was so helpful and knowledgable. After buying a few things, they asked if we had anything special coming up, and we replied, yes, we are going to a luau. Then they offered to do our make up. We set up the appointment for the following day. The girls treated us like royalty and made us look and feel so beautiful. They listened to how we like to wear our make-up and shared their secrets. We laughed and learned. I highly recommend this store to anyone and will return again and again. read more
