After he did that my car's battery began to die every couple months bc now the defroster line was showing as open and on and the batteries had to be replaced bc they were so dead they wouldnt hold a charge. Mechanics had to finally hook my car up to be diagnosed to find out why the batteries kept dying. Then the back window where he had ruined my defroster - the tint started to raise. I emailed him about this to fix it but he never emailed back. I will never recommend this guy for tinting ever.

Mold Remediation/Restoration and Interior Detailing -…read more Royal Car Care Miami and the owner, Avi, provided some of the best customer service we've experienced in a very long time and restored our faith in high-quality customer care and exceptional quality of work! It appears, from his impressive web site, that his work is mostly high-end luxury cars; however, he treated my daughter's car as though it were equally important, and he accomplished what wasn't successful with several previous attempts. Our daughter attends college in Miami and began dealing with a mold issue in the back seat of her car, which eventually grew to encompass almost the entire interior. With no idea how this occurred, she attempted to clean the interior herself with vinegar and other cleaners, then had the car professionally cleaned twice, yet the mold returned. She searched for more professionals and read some amazing reviews about Avi's company assisting others with similar issues. Not only did he painstakingly remediate the mold and immaculately clean and sanitize the entire car; but his team also discovered (and temporarily repaired) the cause of the recurring mold, which was the rear windshield seal leaking into an area beneath the rear seat. Two dealership service professionals had been previously unable to determine this. He kept us advised throughout the process with many photos and videos, texts, and phone calls. We are so thankful to Avi and extremely impressed with his company! We read online that professional mold remediation can be an expensive process. It was not inexpensive; however, we soon learned that we could have saved a lot of time, frustration, and money, had she found Royal Car Care Miami first! From then on he has been doing so every Sunday until recently when another typical jack Miami driver rear ended me with a rental truck... Yay... gotta love the drivers here. Anyways. Once my car is out of the shop Avi is and will be the only person i will let clean and detail my car. Hes done such a great job that i have mention his name to everyone I know. Note he is pricey and usually handle high end cars but he is very good at what he does and is worth every penny. He also remembers you from your first visit making your car wash personal and friendly.

I requested a quote through the handy Yelp option and they responded back promptly. *Off topic but the Yelp quote option will also send your quote request to several other businesses so you can price shop with one convenient click of a button. Amazing!* Anyway, they quickly replied and offered the most competitive pricing, and after reading the great reviews I chose them for my needs. I then called and spoke with Andrea who was wonderful. Professional and courteous, I told her I was trying to decide between 15% or 5% and she quickly sent me pics of both shades on different vehicles to help me decide. They were able to fit me in the next day, which was awesome. Shortly after making the appointment I received a text confirmation with all the pertinent details - date, time, type of tint, and color, and price. They offered a one hour window for arrival and the next day they arrived promptly at the scheduled time! Wow! Now, if you're from Miami you should know that this is a rarity. Someone on time. I was in heaven. Victor was a pleasure. He was polite and professional. Him and the other gentleman who came were so thorough in their work. They examined the windows and made sure to show me any pre-existing scratches on the windows that could affect the quality of the end result. It's Saturday late afternoon, and I am taking care of my grandmother... she cannot walk without a walker and is virtually blind. We go to Publix, for some weekly food shopping and I attempt to drop her off in the drop off zone. This man- at 4:52p on a Saturday, allows me to bring my grandmother home, unpack her groceries, and get there safely so he would be able to assess the damage.
