Corvus is such a cute little coffee place that Is tucked away in the Denver Tech Center. I've heard about Corvus and I first tried their cookies at a party that I attended. I thought their cookies were good! I recently stopped by and saw that their space is very modern with dark colors which sets a relaxed mood. The barista was very polite and helped pick the best drink for me. Corvus's coffee is a little bit on the pricey side, but the taste and quality is very smooth. I recommend this coffee shop to those who want something new other than Starbucks.
I can't get enough of you, Corvus!! Just the other day, I attended an/a event/class at its newest location on Logan and 15th where I learned about the "coffee cupping". As one of the instructors kindly gave us free drink tickets at the conclusion of the event/class, I came to this DTC location (I live 5 min away from it) to get me a free drink and some baked good to kick start my beautiful Monday morning. This location is one of the smallest but its quaintness should not be confused. It speaks louder than its actual size. It's a good thing; I appreciate the lively vibes here no matter when I come. Luckily, there was no line so I was immediately assisted. The young lady at the register didn't fail to get my name for my order. She gave me the pastry of my choice (Chocolate Orange Scone) immediately. She was also the one who made my drink (cappuccino). And upon ready, she loudly called my name to let me know of it. I briefly seated at one of the tables outside to organize my stuff. My beautiful cappuccino and scone were smiling back to the sun as it was beaming down on us; it was as if to say that they couldn't wait to be consumed by me (lol)!! As soon as I got home, I consumed both of them. The cap, as always, tasted wonderful. The scone has now officially become my favorite baked good at Corvus; good size and not too sweet. I sure was off to a nice start for the week ahead.
The coffee is amazing the croissant is absolutely amazing and the ambiance is amazing too! Staffs are very nice and friendly. Everything feels very quality! Love it!
My old coworker introduced me to Corvus Coffee when we did a little coffee bean exchange. I really enjoyed the coffee beans that I got. When I was in Denver for work, I saw that this place was a few mins from my hotel, so I really had to check it out to try the drinks in person. I came early in the morning around 730 AM. I decided to get an iced vanilla latte and a croissant. The worker even helped me pick out beans to try! Overall, service was great and the drink was delicious. I'm counting down the days until I have to go back to Denver again so I can get Corvus & try the other drinks and pastries.
Visiting Denver, and a local recommended this coffee chain. The location newr Bellevue station is super sleek and seems to be the place to work or meet up. Drinks are a bit pricey (I think bc they pride themselves in how they source their beans). BUT I'd still come again to try more of their espresso tonics (peach espresso tonic and the cherry coffee tonic intrigue me). The pastries take the cake, all looking so good. This green chile roulette did not disappoint but was packed with flavor and spice! Wish we had a bigger stomach (and wallet) to try everything. Ordered: latte, hatch greene chile roulette
The Iced Caramel latte I ordered gave me a whole new standard of expectation for the art of coffee brewing. My goodness. It was creamy, savory, sweet, smooth and a hint of bitterness. The flavor and aftertaste is just so well balanced. The service was also excellent. They were happy to help with a smile on their face and they were quick as well. You can tell that these people have lots of experience due to how fast and exceptional the results came out. The ambiance was also very chill, laid back, not overly crowded and great study place. The smell of the environment was also very pleasant it smelled like a clean, coffee shop with baked delights. I honestly would love a candle replication of this coffee shop. The full & overall experience blended together so well with ambience, customer service & product quality, that I will actually give a 5 star review, which I don't do very often. I will recommend this spot to more of my travel buddies.
My son really loves this place, so he brought me here when I flew into town from Los Angeles, CA. Since the first time, I've returned with my husband and by myself. We've ordered the Caramel Latte, N'awlins Cold Brew, Mocha Latte, Vanilla Latte, & Peach Espresso Tonic. Haven't tasted a bad drink here yet and most likely won't! I really like that their lattes are given a little special love with the pretty Latte art! We also got a really tasty savory Corn & Anaheim Chile Muffin. It was really delicious! Parking in this area can be challenging. There's free street parking. This coffee shop is located in the Belleview Station area. Lots of shops & restaurants as well as the RTD Light Rail Station a couple blocks away. There are various seating arrangements to choose from. The chairs are wood with no cushions or padding, so I wouldn't sit there for too long! However, wood chairs are better than metal ones! The coffee here is premium quality and comes with a slightly higher price tag. Be prepared to spend a little extra for coffee here. Their packages are color coded: Orange = Chocolatey, Red = Fruity, Green = Blends (created with balance in mind). They only sell Whole Beans because "One of the best ways to brew really excellent coffee is to grind within 30 minutes of brewing." The standout on this most recent visit (02-24-2024) was the truly excellent service from the man behind the counter! I had never tried a Nitro Cold Brew (very carbonated) and had questions about it and the Kyoto Cold Brew (not carbonated but highly caffeinated!). These are served black. He told me about both and offered samples to me! How awesome! I know it wasn't a big deal to him, but I appreciated it! I tasted both and decided to get something else. I ended up getting the N'awlins Cold Brew (which my son loves) and the Peach Espresso Tonic. I've never had an Espresso Tonic before, so I wanted to try it out. I enjoyed both my drinks! They have plastic To-Go cups out where we can grab one if we need it. I ended up pouring half of my drinks in cups to take with me. I had already had coffee after lunch and this proved to be more than I needed or should drink in one sitting! I will be sure to return on my next visit to the Denver area! Such a great vibe! The coffee & pastries were delicious. I purchased a bag of coffee beans so I could enjoy the coffee at home as well.
Came here to grab a cup of coffee on the way to Colorado Springs. So glad I did! The coffee was amazing - I tried the Ethiopian espresso latte. They also offered Rwandan coffee. I love the speciality coffee houses because their coffee is stronger and menu great. Highly recommend it! Try their pastries, the chocolate orange scone was delectable!
Enjoyed a stop in to this coffee shop to meet up with a friend. It was a very busy place on a Wednesday mid morning and was hard to find a spot. I tried a croissant and a latte which were both good. For as much as they hype their coffee I was surprised it wasn't better. The prices were high but I felt like they were just standard for boutique coffee shops these days.
What's the hype? I'm genuinely asking cuz I don't get it. I paid about $30 for an overly average latte and dry croissant. This place is giving a modern gen z aesthetic but I'm really not getting what people are talking about. I think the space is great and it's a great place to work. However, the product that you're getting is really not worth it. I also noticed the baristas just leaving three gallons of milk out at all times which I don't think is the best decision to be making at a coffee shop. I didn't feel I was getting the bang for my buck...to then see a 18, 20, 22 % tip is also WILD.
One of my favorite Corvus locations. A little small and tight so never want to hang there but love to go to grab a coffee to go. Love their coffee. Baristas are always kind and make cool latte art. Recommend if in the area
I wanted to give a higher rating to Corvus because the baristas were so nice and the ambience was moody & dark (if that's what you're looking for), but the lattes were just not very good. I found lots of coffee grounds in my cup.

We had our usual Friday coffee date. Wanted to try something else. This place is super loud. They need to add noise control boxes in the ceiling. The coffee was good. I appreciate the homemade vanilla syrup and the pour over coffee. Service was fast. read more

A friend and I met up over coffee here and I would not recommend. I mostly would not recommend it to meet up with someone over coffee as it is dead quiet inside (we ended up moving outside to the seating of the restaurant next door). The baristas didn't even really speak. It's obvious that it's more of a work environment though as there is no music and everyone there was grinding away on their computers. I can't rate this shop highly, not because the ambience wasn't fitting for the occasion but because my friend and I both agreed that the coffee was not good (especially for the high price of $7 for a 12oz). Overall, this is a coffee shop for working not for social gathering and we learned that the hard way. I am not likely to invite another friend to meet here again and even if I were getting a task done, I would not choose this place due to the lack of quality and expensive pricing. read more

I live the atmosphere. This location is in such a cute place. There is extra parking if you can't find a place on the street. Absolutely love the atmosphere and the custom drinks. read more
I lived in Denver for many years and this was my go to coffee spot. I miss Corvus so much! Every time I travel for work to Denver I make sure Corvus is my first stop. My absolute favorite thing here is the Chai. I usually get a half sweet half spicy chai with oat milk and really I do not think there is any other chai in the world that can beat this one. The coffee here is also superb- any latte will satisfy you through and through. In addition one of the things I really enjoyed during my weekly (sometimes daily visits) was the conversations with the baristas. They knew me by name, knew my order and always had me talking up a storm. I observed that was very consistent with folks who were not regulars as well. I did a lot of work in this coffee shop- in fact I was very productive in this cozy, tranquil environment. The coffee house music was always chill and something about the smells, sounds and energy just had me feeling great. The scones and muffins are delicious as well but do try my favorite chai- you won't be disappointed! I think about Corvus probably everyday and I look forward to my next trip to Denver to get my favorite chai! read more

Corvus Coffee Shop offers a dark/moody ambiance and a decent selection of coffee brews, earning a solid 7/10 from me. I will say not every barista at Corvus is equally dedicated to the craft of coffee. I've visited multiple times on this work trip and ultimately had the best experiences when a team of women were manning the bar (unfortunately I didn't catch their names or else I'd call them out). They expertly steamed my partners latte and took incredible care of us. While the quality of the coffee is quite commendable, with rich and robust flavors, the pricing leans towards the expensive side, which definitely is a deterrent for regular visits. Despite this, it's a nice spot for the occasional splurge when you're in the mood for a great coffee experience. read more

I went in to buy some beans. I was greeted by the person who worked the register and she was so helpful. Being a coffee enthusiast, I asked her some basic coffee-type questions so I can get an idea of what she knows. She was spot on with her answers which gave me more confidence in buying my beans. Next, I did the same thing with the baristas while they were making my pour-over. They were knowledgeable and friendly. This place is a must-see, not only for the coffee but the level of coffee education you can get. read more
Super cute coffee shop close to DTC. This is the perfect spot to grab coffee + a pastry to finish your work. I came on a Tuesday and there was a steady flow of traffic. Not too loud and plenty of seating. The internet allows you 2 hours -- the right amount of time to finish your coffee and food. I recommend the espresso tonic, this is my first one ever. So refreshing and with 2 shots of espresso, I was able to focus and get my work done. The ham & cheese croissant was also delicious. Highly recommend getting it toasted. read more

Solid coffee elite roast. It was worth getting beans. Was visiting a friend from out of town and she had Starbucks beans in her grinder. I left her with a bag of these and hopefully she appreciates it. PSA: Don't let your friends drink burned beans read more

I've been this coffee shop a few times and am always impressed by the collection of different coffees to purchase. I'm a big fan of the n'awlins with chicory. So delicious. Prepandemic times it was a great spot to sit and get some work done. Space is a bit limited now but it looks like you can still dine and/or work. Highly recommend! read more

Very cool spot and atmosphere, but just a bit too busy for me. It was a Thursday morning, but the place was packed. Looks like a popular location for business meetings. Most of the people around me were either seated for a meeting, or dressed up in professional/business attire. People were coming and going, so there was always seating available. Great Cold Brew and Scones. The Cold Brew was served in a fancy glass. Wasn't the largest glass, so I wonder how much coffee I actually got. A decent selection of pastries too. Love set up behind the counter. It was fun watching them make coffee and other drinks behind that counter. It's well lit, and the modern wood tables + benches are a great addition too. I'd love to come back to Corvus. You'd find me with my laptop and hanging out here for hours. read more

What a great spot for anyone meeting up with a local friend or stopping in for a quick caffeine fix! This quaint coffeeshop is filled with fresh beans, Rishi teas, authentic chocolates, and delicious baked goods. read more
This is a really cool coffee shop. Yes, it is a bit expensive as far as coffee goes, but it's worth it once in a while. Although I didn't buy any whole bean coffee, it was fun to read the stores beyond most of the different roasts. Clearly the owners have visited many of not all of the growers personally, as the stories are written in the first person. We ordered the Rosemary Thyme latte, since it appears to be all the rage here, and the Backcountry Coffee. I loved the Backcountry. It was delicious, original, and not too sweet. I personally was not the biggest fan of the Rosemary Thyme, but I knew that going in because I'm not a big fan of Rosemary. The Rosemary flavor was less pronounced than I expected, which was a good thing in my opinion. This coffee shop is more than a little out of the way for me, but if I'm ever near the DTC and looking for a cup of great coffee, this will be first on the list. read more
Cute coffee shop located in the downtown area of Highlands Ranch. Everyone really enjoyed their drinks. The vanilla latte has actual vanilla bean on the top of it which is a fun touch. Their chai lattes you can order sweet or spicy: sweet is just the regular chai and spicy they add cayenne pepper! The interior is really nice as well. Would be a good place to study or meet with friends/colleagues. read more

Corvus coffee never disappoints. I try to travel to Denver 2-3 times a year to relax and enjoy the mountain air. On my last trip I made sure to check out a new to me Corvus location. As always the coffee is consistent and offers me the energy boost I need to get moving. I also subscribe to their monthly coffee subscription service so I get my Corvus fix when I'm at home. read more
When you're feeling down and need a boost or generally need caffeine to function, Corvus is your best bet in Denver. I was so impressed by their coffee, particularly their Kyoto cold brew which honestly could not be more perfect. This particular Corvus location in DTC has great outdoor seating as the block has ample space on wooden benches that make for comfortable, airy coffee drinking without the risk of close physical contact. I wasn't as comfortable thinking of drinking indoors, as that requires yourself and other patrons around you to drink without their mask. Post-pandemic, can see this location to be a great space to work with their large, wide wooden tables that can seat quite a few people. Nice, green decor also lines the coffee shop for your visual pleasure. I also had their sausage egg croissant, which damn, was so good. The egg in this croissant sandwich is almost like a frittata with sausage chunks evenly distributed and topped with melted cheddar cheese and their buttery, flakey, well-textured croissant that is a great way to start your morning with your coffee. read more

Love coming here to get a coffee and a baked good. Very trendy coffee shop that has seating inside and outside. It can get a little crowded when's it busy but has never been much of an issue. Great service who are all super friendly. Definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a coffee or yummy treat. The coffee is super tasty and they have pretty much any drink you can think of. I usually just get a latte. They also have daily fresh baked goods, my favorite is the raspberry chocolate muffin or the lavender scone. Both are super tasty and have a nice balance of flavors. Also they continue to be open during Covid and have the shop set up to really make sure social distancing is still possible. You can either order there or you can order ahead from their website. read more
Bought a Groupon for here so had to come check it out. Great selection of whole bean coffee. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. It was a little messy but they were super busy when we were there so totally understandable. We got our bag of beans and shared a latte. Delicious! read more
I love this place. The end. Ha, it's honestly that simple! But, since you'd probably like more detail, I'll explain ;). First, the location is great for my commute to work, which includes heading south on I-25 from Denver into just south of DTC: very easy to get off and on to the interstate. Next, (and importantly) the COFFEE *insert drool face* TIP: try the Nitro Hopped Cold Brew when you have a chance to sit and sip, because it is so unique and good! Usually, I will get my usual Nitro Cold Brew with Nut Milk added. I also will grab one of those energy/protein balls, sooo tasty and a good way to start your day! read more

I am a fan of the coffee here! My brother took me here on my visit to Denver knowing I'm a lover of coffee :) the location is a bit further from the hustle and bustle from Denver proper, but it's definitely worth it to make the trek here. I know there are also other locations as well that might be more convenient for other folks. Parking here is very easy to find. The interior is a bit small, so going off hours would be nice if you want to do work. The coffee concept is very unique here. They have the usual pour overs and espressos, but they also have other additions that I have not seen at other coffee shops like Kyoto cold brew. Right when you walk in, you know these folks are serious about their coffee as you see the tall Kyoto towers, which takes about 6 hours to brew one batch of coffee! I ordered the winter flower Kyoto drink, and was one of the best of coffee cups I have ever had. The Kyoto drinks have a nice balance of the roast's fruitiness from Kenya, and a nice mixture of other ingredients like jasmine and lime, which brings the right amount of sweetness. Normally I only take my pourovers black, but I would definitely come back for another Kyoto drink. The drink might have more a cocktail feel than an espresso, but be assured it is coffee and one of the best cups you'll ever have. The baristas there are super friendly and helpful. As the Kyoto concept was new to me, they were patient in answering all my questions and recommending drinks. I will definitely come back here when I visit Denver again! read more

We walked in to find a very chill environment and a limited menu that almost seemed difficult to choose if you do not know coffee and just want a latte. The baristas however were welcoming and warm with any questions we had. Their house made syrups was an absolute plus. I got a decaf mocha latte with oat milk and my boyfriend got the Gesha reserve cappuccino with oat milk. We also ordered the pistachio strawberry croissant. All of which was amazing; when in Cherry Hills/Denver this will be our go to spot. read more
