Complete Auto Repair. Not only have I exclusively brought all of my many vehicles to them for close to two decades, but I've sent everyone I know and they've been just as impressed with your work. I cannot express in words how much I appreciate, not only their prices (best you'll find anywhere in Jersey I'd wager). But the care and compassion they give their customers, is truly priceless in a world that has all but forgotten the art of customer service. Y'all are loved and appreciated. I hope more people find their way to you at Cipollone's; becoming lifelong fans as I was lucky enough to all those many years ago! (Sorry for the novel, but that's just indicative of how good they truly are lol)

Dan and his crew are truly the honest mechanics that you can't find anymore. Besides being excellent mechanics with huge skillsets, they will honestly tell you what is going on with your vehicle, how much/how long it will take, and what you could probably get away with on not fixing to save some money. I've saved so much money and aggravation throughout the years entrusting my vehicles (and ultimately, the safety of my family) to Dan. Additionally, if there's an issue that they're not able to resolve, they've always recommended me to someone with a similar character and skillset to them - someone else just as trustworthy. Bottom line, if you're able to get your vehicle to Cipollone's, do it.

I had my car towed to Ridge Auto Body after hitting a deer at 60 mph in Pemberton, NJ…read more Unfortunately, I didn't have comprehensive insurance and would have to pay out of pocket for any repairs. The owner of Ridge made an immediate good impression with me when he offered to pay for my car's release from an uncooperative auto shop where the car was being held (Craig's Auto). The shop owner was extremely friendly and dealt with me personally in every step of the process. He developed an estimate for me using after market parts in order to save money. It was entirely my choice as to whether to use after market or OEM parts. The owner provided me with an extremely reasonable estimate and offered me a 10 percent senior discount. I am a 27 year old graduate student. He offered me 10 percent off because he knew I didn't have a lot of money and he wanted to help with the costs. I was even more surprised when I went to meet him and he showed me my car. As a part of their free estimate, they completely dismantled the car in order to provide me with an accurate estimate. The estimate for the repairs was itemized, detailed, and more importantly precise. He charged me exactly what he had estimated for before the repairs began. Moreover, he never once tried to get me to spend more money on parts or repairs I didn't need. The work was done quickly and skillfully and the car looks and runs the same, if not better, than before. Ridge is honestly one of the best auto services I have ever dealt with. It is a relatively small family owed business, but that doesn't take away from the quality of their service. The people are friendly, they perform quality work in a timely manner, the work is guaranteed, and more important than anything else, they are honest. They seem to do their best to keep you informed, answer your questions, and work with you when you are busy or finances are tough. Ridge comes highly recommended.

Since my car is less than a year old, I was worried it would be an expensive repair. Jessica was incredibly professional and kind, she came out right away, took photos, and shared everything with Joe from the collision department. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and quickly realized it was paint transfer from another vehicle, not damage to my car. He removed it on the spot, free of charge. The level of honesty, professionalism, and customer service I received was outstanding and hard to find these days. I highly recommend Burns Auto Collision. Very satisfied customer. Thank you Jessica and Joe!

I had a very disappointing experience with Burns Auto Group in Fairless Hills, PA. I was given…read moreclear expectations that my travel expenses would be covered, but that promise was never fulfilled. On top of that, there was an advertised $700 delivery offer that was not honored, which felt misleading and frustrating after the fact. To be fair, Dan in sales was the one bright spot--he was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, his efforts weren't enough to make up for the overall lack of follow-through from the dealership. Between the unfulfilled promises and the failure to honor their own advertised offer, I left feeling dissatisfied and misled. I would recommend getting everything in writing and confirmed before committing to anything with this dealership.

The staff in the service department are always great and provide excellent customer service…read more However, I do have concerns regarding the vehicle service itself. It seems that every time I bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance, there are additional recommendations or repairs suggested. My vehicle is a 2022, so I am concerned about the number of repairs being recommended for a relatively newer vehicle. For example, my driver side door lock was making noise, I was told that the door lock needs to be replaced. I have never had to replace a door lock in car previously. I understand that vehicles require maintenance and occasional repairs, but every time should not be a large expense. The gentleman that assists me with getting the loaner, he is welcoming and accommodating, I really appreciate his service. I value the service staff and their professionalism, but I would like to have more confidence that the recommended repairs are necessary and appropriate for the age and condition of my vehicle.
