My 2014 Range Rover just eclipsed 181,000 miles, yes you read that right. Achievable by making sure oil is changed every 5,ooo miles, tires are changed and balanced, other fluids are changed ad required, Most recently, they installed several new OEM LR parts in my front suspension to correct a severe rattle that had developed over the last 10,000 miles or so, and replaced my front flexible brake lines along with a brake fluid flush. Got it done over the course of two days on a tight timeline so I only had to rent a car for two days and have it back in my hands COB this past Friday so I could: return my rental car, get two new Continental Sport tires installed this morning at America's Tire in Santa Maria, as well as get a four wheel alignment doe this morning as well at Big Brands also in Santa Maria with all of those installations. Jacob assisted me in being able to order all the necessary LR OEM with my supplied PN's from Land Leaping, saving a ton of money by bringing them owner supplied parts. There's a definite reason, this vehicle at twelve years of age and 181K on the ODO is driving / riding / looking good as new ... the techs and front desk guys at British Sports Cars!!!!!!

My car was towed here in November for overheating. I paid $565 for what I was told were the necessary repairs. However, the car overheated again almost immediately because the original problem was never actually fixed. Upon inspection, it appeared the thermostat had never been replaced. Because the shop failed to perform the initial repair correctly, my engine was severely damaged and completely failed, requiring a full engine replacement that cost thousands of dollars. When I went back, the owner tried to quote me $5,000 for a new engine to fix the damage his own negligence caused. I filed a formal complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). Following their investigation, the owner was forced to refund my $565 because he could not produce a single receipt or proof of what work he had supposedly done the first time. I ended up taking my car elsewhere to have the engine replaced. Do not take your vehicle here. Their lack of transparency and failure to perform basic repairs resulted in major mechanical failure for my car.
