The hotel worker was a witness, and she was shocked that they had not arrived and had not answered their phone. 4. Not only did they create huge distress for my family (everything was documented with a few witnesses, including hotel staff), but they bullied me and called me "a liar and a coward." 5. I don't have a car, so I've been using them for several months to get to and from work. At least once a week they show up late or not at all. More than once they said I had not made a reservation, then suddenly discovered that their dispatcher had canceled my booking. I made a reservation last night for a pick-up at 7:05 this morning and verified it twice with the person who answered the phone. I waited at the door from 6:50 to 7:30; no one came or called.

Called Durango Cab yesterday for a pick up and they were full and unreliable (see my other review)…read moreand referred me to Animas Transportation. A man picked up and said that he is on the way to pick a group up already and he will call me after he is done with picking them up and dropping them off. Ok, that's fine. I waited a whole hour at the airport with no callback. Finally, I called him a second time and he said he just arrived at the airport and waiting for the group (1 hour later??? Not sure if he was commuting very far away). He said he will ask the group to see if they mind us sharing the cab with them. Waited another 10-15 mins with no callback from him. I finally gave up and rented a car from Durango Airport. It is unreliable to rely on a single person to come pick you up. If you are flying into Durango and you don't plan on renting a car, make sure you book a ride in advance (they still may or may not show up) and have alternative means of transportation. After being stranded at the airport until 1045pm, I decided to rent a car after unreliable Durango Cab and Animas Transportation. Got my rental car and got to the hotel in 20 mins. Sometimes you just have to rely on yourself to get it done!

After we called dispatch twice (because of no answer), they said because of construction, the shuttle was coming early and they sent us a text but the text didn't go through. They could see the text didn't go through (they told us that) and they didn't try and notify us. We weren't ready an hour early and were going to miss the shuttle, and all the dispatch said was too bad, you can take the next shuttle and miss your flight. The driver was nice and waited for us (and even told us there was no reason to go early because there is no traffic) but the dispatch has no customer service and is not helpful.
