Claim checks are sent by the insurance company to the PA. PA insists on payment up front without submission to Bank or insured. Against CT Statutes!! Insured is to be paid first. PA Refuses to follow due process. Then THE PA initiates a suit for unpaid fees resulting in thousands of legal fees incurred by you as you defend yourself from a frivolous suit, even though The Adjuster has the claim checks in hand. Then the suit is withdrawn by PA just before Trial because it is not a win. READ, INVESTIGATE, RESEARCH!! Negotiation with the insurance company's adjuster ?? Certainly not evident or sufficient in this case. AGAIN BEWARE!! 3.5 years and still not resolved!!! 1/2 house still uninsulated and without walls and contents in a storage bin on front lawn!! AND NO INS money properly negotiated to cover costs to repair. GREAT GUY..GREAT SERVICE!!! AGAIN BEWARE!

    not good at all. i put 1 star cause you have to. there's not a 0 star rating. i tried this agency…read moreafter quote. it was like $958 for a year/ $479 per 6 months. the lowest coverage available. i said ok fine. I'll be down next day with check for 6 month policy. so of course after meeting with assistant and adding in extras it came to about $1200 a year / $604 per 6 months. ok fine i can live with that. done and dusted. great. now 6 months comes to an end in mid December and i get policy renew in mail, i open it . its now $911.16 per 6 months !? ($300+ increase) I said whoa. wait a minute. i call leave message. he calls back next day, i miss it leaves 6 second message i barely can understand. i call back next day. assistant answers. i say why did my rate jump up $300 ? she answers oh well yea rates... pfft i scoffed. i asked her for Nosa to call me back. never called. 2 days later mail comes from Allstate saying they're taking the $911.16 a week earlier via withdrawal from checking (which i never agreed to) that was final straw. i went got a new cheaper rate from somewhere else. cancelled policy with them. assistant said sorry to see ya go. 6 days goes by. I'm looking at bank checking receipts after Christmas spending. something is not adding up. after some calculator math, balance showed $911.16 missing. I was livid. they still went ahead even after I cancelled. I called back today 2:16 pm 12-27-23. after giving policy # i asked why if I cancelled my policy 9 business days ago, why am i missing $911.16 taken on 12/19 from checking? she just stumbly said uh ok you want to cancel ? uh ok. the money will be refunded to you. in 3-5 business days. for shame. beware of thieves. edit: i forgot to mention their website shows reviews. I'm quite sure they're all fake because there was no way or click button to leave one. thats why i posted here.

    The Public's Adjuster is top notch…read more History: I had a large oak tree fall on the side of my house. I knew this was not going to be a small matter, especially since it took off part of my roof and fell into our bedroom wall. I called another adjusting company and they came out. They said to deal directly with the insurance company and see how it goes and get them involved if needed. I didn't like that answer. I almost went that route, but I am so glad I decided to try one more adjusting company. I called The Public's Adjuster and Andy Moler answered on the first call. I explained my case to him and he came out quickly. He set up the meetings with the insurance company and accounted for things the insurance company might have or wanted to overlook. An example- we have a lot of furniture in our master bedroom. Andy made sure that moving that furniture was accounted for so it does not get damaged during repairs. Also, there were times it seems like the insurance just wanted to repair items rather than replace them. When dealing with a roof, you would rather materials be completely replaced rather than repaired to make sure the integrity of the roof withstands disasters in the future as much as possible. Andy made sure nothing was left unturned to get my house back in order. Since I don't speak "insurance" I recommend getting The Public's Adjustor involved, especially when the claim looks like it will be complicated. Letting them deal with the insurance company directly, allowing them to set up the appointments and letting you know what the next steps are is a peace of mind one needs for insurance cases. Andy is still helping me through the claim even though the insurance has paid for the damages already. He has ensured great communication and has gone the extra mile to make sure damages are covered and we are happy with the repairs. He answers the phone immediately, makes sure to follow through with anything he commits to and has been a delight to deal with from he beginning. Don't think twice- Call Andy or the Public's Adjuster to make sure everything is covered for your insurance claim AND have peace of mind in the process.
