    Mint mocha cold brew

I've visited Corsair Cafe twice now, and my experience was very similar both times. The coffee is good, they seem to always have seasonal and interesting latte and cold brew options. The food has been consistently good. The employees leave a bit to be desired. My first visit the employee seemed annoyed that I wasn't immediately ready to order. My second visit (today) an employee was standing over the coffee prep area very obviously picking at the skin around her nails... gross. A little better etiquette from employees would take this cafe up a star. I will likely give them another shot, but I sincerely hope the decorum of the employees can improve..

This is such a cute spot in the Terre Haute Regional Airport! Serving breakfast, lunch, coffees, and smoothies, there is something for all times of day and for any level of appetite. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap, chips, and a Diet Coke. I also got a bag of coffee beans that I'm excited to grind and brew. The owners were there with their cute new baby and just the nicest people around. So welcoming and warm. The views there are so cool. Everyone can enjoy watching planes land and take off right in front of them. It was overcast and raining when I went so I didn't get to see any runway action, but I'm going to bring my kiddo back to enjoy the sights soon.

Outside eating area is wonderful. The tables were clean and the chairs were super comfortable to sit in.

This place was amazing. My sister and I went to have breakfast here back in July 2022. We came in around 11:30AM and they were SUPER busy. It's a pretty small space, a little cramped if there's too many people, but they have plenty of seating. You order your food at the register and they call your name when it's ready. They don't have waitresses which was fine with me. My sister and I took our food outside and ate. It was a beautiful day. We didn't see any planes land or take off but even if there was I would've been distracted by the food I was eating. Not sure who their cook is but it was like eating something homemade. 110% going to go back when the weather starts to warm up again.

This spot is perfect in every way. If you're like me, i don't always want to go to a chain restaurant. We walked in and had the whole place to our self on a Thursday morning (9am). We were greeted with super friendly faces. We ordered at the counter than picked where we wanted to eat. Within literally 5 minutes our entire meal was sitting in front of us. They offer full breakfast choices, not just a scone, donut, or muffin, which really lead me to pick this place. The environment is really clean and super cool as you can watch airplanes come and go out the large windows. Now to the taste of the food - don't get me started on how absolutely wonderful and mouth watering the breakfast burrito was. Holy smokes! Very filling and quite possibly the best burrito I've ever had. 10/10 ! Would recommend this place over and over! Selfishly, i don't want everyone to know about this hidden gem, as I'm afraid i won't get to walk right in next time. Haha but if you don't know about this place, I highly advise visiting soon. You will not be disappointed. Incredible !!!!! Can't wait to come back. Ps. When you pull into the airport and walk into the doors, take a left. You'll see the restaurant then. That may be the only thing they need to do is put up some signs on how to find it!

First time out to Corsair Cafe & Coffee and was very pleased with the amount of vegetarian and vegan options there. I recommend getting their Tofu Sandwich it was absolutely delicious!! And we tried their Spring Flight coffee and every flavor was delicious, especially the White Chocolate Lavander Latte! I'll definitely be back soon after my trip to try more of their delicious food!

I highly don't recommend the Btwon Meow Cat Cafe. They can't take criticism where they are failing…read morea cat. He has been returned at least 3 times I know of, my cousin returned him once bc he came in a bounded pair. She had him for a month and he was bullying the other cat he came with, the other cat became scared, wouldn't eat, and was having bathroom issues. She also had many correspondences with Btown Meow about him over text with I can provide that show her trying her best to figure out how to make him feel at home, and bringing her concerns up over weeks. He was ripping chunks of fur out of the other kitty. He bit her 6 year old and also bit her toe and broke way through her skin, aggressively, not playfully. My cousin decided to return just him and now the other cat is FLOURISHING! He's happy and not scared, he's pottying right, and he's good with the small kids she has. They posted after she had to return him and they literally made a rude post about his return, and everyone was being rude in the comments about it. Fast forward this cat gets re-adopted to someone else, and guess what, after a month he's returned again! I commented nicely saying hopefully this time they will learn to get him in an environment that he can live in because he has aggression issues and they've deleted my comment and blocked me. This just shows they do not care about the welfare of animals but instead having good adoption numbers only. What a concerning situation. If a cat is aggressive they need to be in a home that can fully handle them, and the adopters or potential adopters need to be able to understand the needs of the cat. It is concerning they do not seem care about the needs of the cats they adopt out. I urge you to be cautious of this place. I've attached screenshot of my comment on their post today (plus their post) that has now either been removed or I just can't see because they chose to block me instead of having any accountability.

My friend also got some of their cookies, which he said tasted great. I made a reservation for the cat room (30 minutes for 2 people was $14). We had a great time with the cats, and you are given the option to adopt them (price range for adoption was roughly free to $90) Place was super nice, and is a great place to stop by if you're in the area or want to play/adopt a cat.

This review is way overdue, so my apologies for tardiness…read more Mark your calendar and start the clock. If you want to dive into this bake shop, you have 6 hours on Friday's to stop in and indulge in your bread fix. The Harvest Bakery retail store is open from 9am-3pm on Fridays....only Friday. The ladies of this bakery are super sweet. While I am standing there at 9:20am of course on a Friday, a flurry of regulars come in and grab English muffins and cookies and are talking bread. I am thinking "am I too late?....are all the English muffins gone?...are they that special?" After speaking with Marta and Amelia who are working there, I come to discover that this is a family business. Harvest Bakery opened in 2008. They sell primarily to restaurants and markets in the area (this is basically what keeps them busy on the other six days of the week I suppose). The bakery itself is basically a simple storefront. It looks like an old school kitchen in the front and a commercial kitchen in the back. The ambiance is Hautian charming, but also says "buy your baked goods and leave." This is the kind of off the beaten path spots I enjoy discovering. Loaves of bread (whole wheat, white, seed), loaves of swirl bread (cinnamon raisin, mocha chip, bacon cheddar), bagels (plain, asiago, blueberry), quiche, cookies (peanut butter, chocolate chippers, thumbprint) and did I mention the sourdough. They make their own sourdough (multigrain, rye, gold N white). They have a big chalkboard showing all the goods posted in the inside of the store when you walk in. I am advised that the cinnamon roles have not yet properly risen, so of course I wait an hour and return. Worth the wait.... I walked out after the nicest conversation with Marta and Amelia with all sorts of baked goods to share with my parents. The sourdough, cinnamon rolls, cinnamon raisin bread and English muffins I am still remembering so well all these weeks later (but absolutely all items were delicious and I mean that). Those English muffins are ridiculously delicious....a bit insane and unexpected. Thick, fuffy and they toast up just perfect at home in my toaster. It certainly seems like those patrons that walked in when I arrived picking up English muffins are on to something. I am advised that you can call and order ahead of time (if they are only open one day a week, you want to make sure that they don't sell out of those English muffins, right?) Everything was also so reasonably priced. What a delight to discover Harvest Bakery. I hope to be back when visiting my folks in Terre Haute. Maybe I should make sure to always be in town to include a Friday. If they were open to the public for more than 6 hours on one day in a week, my review would have been a 5. But make no mistake, a Yelp worthy establishment to visit.

The owner was absolutely charming. The raspberry cinnamon roll my wife bought was made with raspberries picked in the owner's back yard. We also got some great asiago rolls. We will never pass through Terre Haute without checking to see if Harvest is open, and anyone reading this should do the same.
