A little overdue on this and was mindful to write this review before I go back to the Corsair Cafe someday. A tiny spot located at the TH Regional Airport, if it not for my quest to weed places like this out, the average person would not know this was here. Off the beaten path for someone not using the actual airport. In addition to the small cafe serving sandwiches, soup, coffees and the like, the Corsair Cafe is packed full of plane paraphernalia, toys, books and gadgets. If you have a kid interested in planes or flying, you need to get over here to fill their Christmas list. Model airplanes, books, bags, t-shirts, games....lots of stuff all about flying. Nick nacks and trinket stuff too. I brought my parents out here for something different. The lunch was OK and reasonably priced. They featured a pull pork sandwich for $5 the day we were there that my dad said was not half bad (a city girl like me was taken back by the low price). We were the only ones in the cafe when we were there. There are Adirondack like, wooden chairs and picnic tables outside to maybe sit, have an ice tea and watch planes come in and out and move about (not sure how much action this airport gets on any given day, I am guessing not a lot). So nothing incredibly unique going on in the food realm hear other than a decent well priced uneventful menu, but a unique atmosphere that if you caught on the right day might be a nice spot to see some plane activity while enjoying a bowl of soup and a lemonade. read more

My son and I were so excited to visit Corsair and watch planes take off and return while we ate lunch! The cafe is aviation themed and has a little store. Corsair has coffee drinks and serves breakfast and lunch. My food was delicious. I had the pork tenderloin and was quite happy. My son had eggs, hash browns, sausage and toast and said it was good. I will agree with other reviewers that the staff did not seem overly happy to be there. They seemed annoyed at customers. We received our food without getting our drinks. When I went up to ask for our drinks, they seemed like this was a big inconvenience. The glass on the windows was also so dirty that it was hard to watch the planes take off. It was still a fun place, I just had my expectations too high. read more

Stopped in on the way to Oshkosh and found this cute diner! Pilot store and restaurant in one - large view of the runways - with large coffee and drink menu. I had the BLT which was delicious and a side salad with home made ranch dressing that was fabulous. My husband had the Caesar salad which was a little too heavy on the dressing so ask for light or on the side if you get that. Staff were friendly but don't come here in a hurry - food was slow to come out but the views made the wait go faster. read more

I've visited Corsair Cafe twice now, and my experience was very similar both times. The coffee is good, they seem to always have seasonal and interesting latte and cold brew options. The food has been consistently good. The employees leave a bit to be desired. My first visit the employee seemed annoyed that I wasn't immediately ready to order. My second visit (today) an employee was standing over the coffee prep area very obviously picking at the skin around her nails... gross. A little better etiquette from employees would take this cafe up a star. I will likely give them another shot, but I sincerely hope the decorum of the employees can improve.. read more

Bring a serrated knife for breakfast or a hacksaw to cut the biscuits. Hockey pucks may be better than the biscuits served with gravy. Wow! I would never have served that to my family, but someone doesn't take pride in their job. Last time I was there I smelled airplane fuel while trying to eat, and now hockey pucks with gravy. read more

This is such a cute spot in the Terre Haute Regional Airport! Serving breakfast, lunch, coffees, and smoothies, there is something for all times of day and for any level of appetite. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap, chips, and a Diet Coke. I also got a bag of coffee beans that I'm excited to grind and brew. The owners were there with their cute new baby and just the nicest people around. So welcoming and warm. The views there are so cool. Everyone can enjoy watching planes land and take off right in front of them. It was overcast and raining when I went so I didn't get to see any runway action, but I'm going to bring my kiddo back to enjoy the sights soon. read more

This place was amazing. My sister and I went to have breakfast here back in July 2022. We came in around 11:30AM and they were SUPER busy. It's a pretty small space, a little cramped if there's too many people, but they have plenty of seating. You order your food at the register and they call your name when it's ready. They don't have waitresses which was fine with me. My sister and I took our food outside and ate. It was a beautiful day. We didn't see any planes land or take off but even if there was I would've been distracted by the food I was eating. Not sure who their cook is but it was like eating something homemade. 110% going to go back when the weather starts to warm up again. read more

Food & drinks are good. On the other hand staff is awful. The woman who was the barista, short brown haired lady wearing glasses. She was so rude and rolled her eyes at me while my 1 year old daughter was crying. I started to walk outside of the restaurant so that I would not disturb other guests. As I walked outside she threw her hands up in the air because my food was ready and I couldn't be at her immediate call. 0/10 do not recommend bringing children here. This is quite upsetting because it is a very cool concept with the planes outside the window. As a business owner myself I would NEVER tolerate this kind of behavior with one of my own employees -- I appreciate your quick reply. As a first time mom of twins this is my worst nightmare disturbing others at a public place. I have never had anything like this happen to me so it really caught me off guard. Reading other reviews now it looks like it may be a reoccurring problem. read more

We love bring our toddler here as they offer family friendly meals and she loves watching for planes while she eats--keeps her entertained while eating! We also enjoy that they serve breakfast all day and the coffee drinks are delicious! read more

This spot is perfect in every way. If you're like me, i don't always want to go to a chain restaurant. We walked in and had the whole place to our self on a Thursday morning (9am). We were greeted with super friendly faces. We ordered at the counter than picked where we wanted to eat. Within literally 5 minutes our entire meal was sitting in front of us. They offer full breakfast choices, not just a scone, donut, or muffin, which really lead me to pick this place. The environment is really clean and super cool as you can watch airplanes come and go out the large windows. Now to the taste of the food - don't get me started on how absolutely wonderful and mouth watering the breakfast burrito was. Holy smokes! Very filling and quite possibly the best burrito I've ever had. 10/10 ! Would recommend this place over and over! Selfishly, i don't want everyone to know about this hidden gem, as I'm afraid i won't get to walk right in next time. Haha but if you don't know about this place, I highly advise visiting soon. You will not be disappointed. Incredible !!!!! Can't wait to come back. Ps. When you pull into the airport and walk into the doors, take a left. You'll see the restaurant then. A tiny piece of luxery at HUF. Prices insanely cheap for what you get. I love watching ISU planes take off here, great college drop spot for coffee and work, since this place is really quiet. I dream of going here and seeing a 737 takeoff, but Ive missed the past few times. No greater family owned restaurant than this. read more

First time out to Corsair Cafe & Coffee and was very pleased with the amount of vegetarian and vegan options there. I recommend getting their Tofu Sandwich it was absolutely delicious!! And we tried their Spring Flight coffee and every flavor was delicious, especially the White Chocolate Lavander Latte! I'll definitely be back soon after my trip to try more of their delicious food! read more

The food and coffee is amazing and the ambiance of the airport is so fun while you're enjoying your food. I always suggest their coffee flights if you have a moment to sit and enjoy or for those that enjoy fizzy drinks they also have fizzy drink flights. The French toast grilled cheese is my fav!! I thought it was decent overall. We went there for Mother's Day breakfast and it was crowded. The wait time was typical, but all the tables were very dirty. The food and drinks were decent, but it was very expensive considering the over all experience. I would probably not go back again, without some kind of compelling reason. read more

I should start with I'm not a coffee drinker so if that's what you're looking for, keep scrolling because my review doesn't include anything coffee. Love the views, the vibe, dislike the breakfast. I want to like it so bad but I heard it wasn't great and unfortunately I have to agree. It looked excellent, loved their breakfast selection but it just wasn't cooked the best. Scrambled eggs were dry and rubbery. Biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were hard as a rock, literally couldn't cut them with my fork and the gravy also wasn't the best. I'd say we eat here 2 times a week on average. That's how good it is. So many options for breakfast and lunch!
